- alison replies to JJI asked them not to call, as we have had our hours cut since December and just can't afford any extras and she says she is sorry and will not to call back in 6 months. I have had 3 more calls from this this week. They are great films, but harassment will run one away quickly!
- TeriThey called her this morning asking for Michael. When I told them it was the wrong number, they asked for another first name. This went on through six first names until I finally asked them what was wrong with them that they wouldn't listen when I told them it was a wrong number and hung up on them. Unbelievable!
- BotheredHave asked and asked for these people to stop calling.. They do not understand " DO NOT CALL ", am really fed up with them

- MicheleI started getting calls from a 208 number, looked it up and found out it was some family film outfit. Since I live in 208 area code, one time I answered by mistake and they asked for someone I do not know. I told the guy this wasn't her number and he wouldn't stop talking. He told me to tell her to call. I said many times that I didn't know the person he was calling for. Then he started to try to sell me on the company. I told him to stop calling and leave me alone. Since then I get a call from some number related to this family film deal every couple of days, at least, sometimes several times a day. I'm not interested in family videos and I wish they would just leave me alone.

- Pamela M.-Stalked in WA| 2 repliesI made the mistake YEARS ago of buying one of their films. Thought what the heck, it's just one video. Ever since then, even when I've changed addresses and phone numbers, they've found me. Every attempt I've made to be nice but being clear that I'm NO longer interested, they continue and continue and continue to call me. So, I've had to stop being nice. They simply don't care. They call and if not thinking I just answer without checking caller ID, they immediately launch into the same spiel of how great I've been in supporting them in the past. I bought 1 video........ 20 years ago!
Unfortunately, since they don't sell their information, they basically own it and can use it for as long as they want. They say they'll put me on the Do Not Call List-(doesn't exist)but they still show up on my missed calls. Which unfortunately means they'll be stalking me forever.- Caller: Feature Films for Familes

Actually, if you tell them to add your number to their DNC list, and they still call you, they are now in direct violation of the federal DNC.
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0108-national-do-not-call-registry
"My number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. After I bought something from a company, a telemarketer representing that organization called me. Is this a violation?
No. By purchasing something from the company, you established a business relationship with the company. As a result, even if you put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, that company may call you for up to 18 months after your last purchase or delivery from it, or your last payment to it, unless you ask the company not to call again. In that case, the company must honor your request not to call. If they subsequently call you again, they may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 .
An established business relationship with a company also will be created if you make an inquiry to the company, or submit an application to it. This kind of established business relationship exists for three months after the inquiry or application. During this time, the company can call you.
If you make a specific request to that company not to call you, however, then the company may not call you, even if you have an established business relationship with that company. You should keep a record of the date you make the request." - JFC replies to DaFoxThese hypocrites have been in near constant violation of the law and have been sued many times. I think all it does is make them violate "man's law" even more to pay off the fines and line the bank accounts of their owners.
The concept of "money changers" comes to mind.
