They call once a week and do not leave a message. The most recent call was today, 4/9/2014. I did not answer, but I called the number right back. The phone just rings without ever dsconnecting or going to a voice message service.

Keeps calling..I tell them there a scam.. And they hang up!

Have received many calls from these people and they're looking for someone who doesn't live here to serve some papers on. I try to explain this to the idiots but it falls on deaf ears and I keep getting more calls.

Have had 2 calls within 2 days asking about someone who does not live here.

They call my family in VA looking for ME ( I live in different a different state) but with my old last name, saying I owed Visa 6k. They said they were coming to serve me papers tomorrow...  Crazy!!

They call every day and want to confirm it is me and instruct me to call another number to get more information. Laughed at me on the phone, rude and insolent. I will be reporting them to the FCC right now. Calls are persistent. They tell me they are Civil somebody yada yada...a governmental sounding name...but I can hear background noise that sounds very much like a call center.

Please post what happens, my father said there had been this scam on the news channel in VA, warning people about this type of scam.  Curious to know if FCC responds.  Good luck!

The FCC is for phone calls, they do not do debt collections. That is the FTC & CFB's job.  Your father is right on with this though, this is a extortion scam operation.
File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

These people call my house 2 or 3 times a day and when I call them back their phone just rings and no one answers
no voice mail. The next time I will answer then blow my whistle maybe that will get their attention and know not to call me
any more.

This number keeps calling and texting my 11 year old's phone we just got 4 days ago using up all her minutes in one day! How do I block it on the prepaid??? It only shows "Missouri" on the ID. I can't spend $30 every other day for and emegency phone. Please help. Thanks!

I understand it's a scam, but my baby does not! She gets these calls and texts while at school, and I find it inappropriate. How on EARTH did they get the number so quickly when I JUST activated the phone on Sunday!????? I kept her phone today, and will be calling law inforcement if it continues!

Just got a call from this number.  They claimed that they tried to serve me a summons yesterday and now want me to call another number to schedule a time so that I can be served.  I get this call every few months from different numbers.

I've been getting calls from this number for about a week.  They call my mom too.  They're asking for me by my maiden name, which I haven't used in 20 years, so they can serve me a subpoena.  My mom told them anything they need to serve me for with that last name is way beyond any statue of limitations, aside from rape and murder.  My friend is also an attorney and I asked him about calling them back and he told me don't do it.  So if they're looking for me by my maiden name and are too stupid to look at public records, they don't deserve to find me.  Plus, they're in MO, I'm in TX...

It is the scam that was in California, now St Louis. It is still a scam, Civil Procedures.

They called my 75 year old dad yesterday.  They said they were with PCH.  They wanted to make sure he would be home today because they would be delivering his prize money.  He thought it was legit because he had entered the sweepstakes.  How could someone do something so cruel!?!

Called today 4/16 saying they wanted to serve me papers told them they were a scam and he needed to give me his as dress so I can send them a certified letter to stop the harassment and he told me what I needed to do was give him my address!!   Very rude people.

Calls saying they have papers to serve. The problem is they can't give me a full name nor date of birth. Always calling back and do but without complete info again.

I love these guys, I know they call every morning so i'm always ready for them XD when I answer I jack my speakers to the max and turn on gunfire sounds from Call Of Duty. GoodGame, Believe one of them cussed at me, XD so mad.
