Do not call me!!!!!

This phone caller called our house.  I tried to call back after eight rings a message came up and said you may have received a call from us if you want us to call back press # whatever,  but no chance to be taken off their rude/immoral use of our phone.  We would like to be taken off of their list.
Please, we need a class action suite against this.

Hung up on answering machine of course.

This is in my area code AND within my own zipcode.  Sappington Missouri is just down the road from us.

The way they get away with this is they "steal" someones phone number; that's called spoofing.  And that way they can call from out of the country:  Virgin Islands, Belize, even Pakistan!  The Federal and State DNC
doesn't cover other countries.  There's not a darned thing the government or whomever can do about it.

They call continually and do not leave a message

Twice in 2 days, both after 5 p.m.  Reporting them to the FTC...again.

Just called me this afternoon saying they were from USbank and wanted to do a customer satisfaction survey. They didn't sound legit and I told them it was a bad time. They said they'd call back but didn't schedule a time. Bogus.

Not home when they called at 1:40PM EST today. Did not leave message.  Caller ID said, "Market Probe"

Woman asked me to take a survey recarding AARP Credit Card. I advised that I do not do telephone surveys & hung up the phone.

called my cell and did not leave a message (thankfully!), i do not answer from whom i do not know.

If you get a LIVE person on the phone, BLOW a referee's whistle as LOUD as you can and maybe then they'll stop calling (hopefully, their eardrum was shattered)

Received a call from (314) 842-8321 on Feb. 6, 2013 @ 5:41 pm right during dinner.
Usually we don't answer numbers we don't know, but the caller ID, which I now know read "Market Probe", looked to my eyes to be "Margaret P....", a friend of ours.  Snag.  A man said he was calling from CVS Caremark (the company through which we get our prescriptions filled) and wanted us to do a brief 5 minute survey.  I said I'd rather not and, not offensively,  he said "ok" and hung up.

They called a little after noon.  It only rang 3 times, not enough to trigger the answering machine.  DH told me to change it to answer after 2 rings, so I'm going to.
