- Kathy replies to R CubedYou're right. I got this call today. I didn't answer so they left a voicemail. A female computer voice said they were from Express Scripts and wanted me to call 800-429-7132 about changes to my Express Scripts account. I looked up ES and neither number is on their web site-- so I will be blocking this number.

- K9mama27 replies to SaraThank you! I received a call at 8:37pm and was skeptical because of the time of day so I didn’t answer. I’m glad someone directly contacted Express Scripts to confirm it was NOT them. I too was part of Anthem breach. So I appreciate the heads up! I blocked them!
- Don BI have received several calls that shows Express Scripts. Some times they leave a message and some times not.
Other phone numbers include:978-775-6423, 267-440-6252, And there might be others. I buy my Rx locally not over the phone. We do have med. ins. and they are part of it but not OVER the phone.- Caller: Express Scripts

- Don BHave received call from these people several times, but not on the same day. Alllllll they want me to do is sign up for 90 day supply of medication. I will not do that, because the doctor could decide to change Rx. Case in point, wife just recently reloaded 90 day supply of medication for lowering cholesterol. She had check up/lab with her doctor..........and told her she did not need to take that medication, which we had just refilled a week earlier.

- Express Script wants my business| 1 replyExpress Script worried about their revenue. By experience they can’t get my meds to me on time so I use local pharmacy. They have basically indicated that since it is part of my Works medical plan That they will harass on a regular basis.

- BigA replies to Express Script wants my businessYou forgot to mention that they charge you the same price whether you have a 1 day prescription or a 90 day prescription. Yes, they make you wait for months and then also charge you extra for overnight service.
- Don BI am retired from a major company. They use Express Scripts for long term Rx. They actually left a message wanting me to call them back. They have also sent me forms in the mail to fill out.....which I trash. I have talked to these people in the past, let them know that I will never fill a Rx with them and that it will always be filled locally. But they keep trying; not constantly but occasionally.
CASE IN POINT: wife uses long term Rx. If I got a 90 day supply from E.S. and then the doctor changes Rx 2wks after it is filled then we are stuck with the extra Rx. Which just happened to her this month. Got her Rx filled and went to a gynecologist, AND she said don't need to take the estrogen tablet any longer. So now we have an almost full bottle of medicine.- Caller: Express Scripts

- H. SmytheI am sick and tired of these scammers. They called my number and asked for me by name. I don't deal with Express Scripts or any other scammers like them. I called them back and asked for their customer service number and was given 866/707-1862. Can something be done about this?
