Showed up as Cigna Health. The automated voice had my name. I mistakenly gave my DOB and zip. He was nice. Had my prescriptions & proceeded to try to sell me on converting to delivery instead of pickup from my local pharm. I made it clear I was not going to make any decisions right now and had to get back to work. I only went as far as I did since I was concerned about a billing question.

Robocall supposedly from Cigna Health.  Says to press 1 or call back for "important information regarding my prescription benefits".  I figured it was to get me to do mail-order, which I won't.  Pressed 1 to speak to someone to get me off their blankety blank list.  Turns out they wanted my name, date of birth, and zip code "to verify it is me".  WRONG!  Hung up immediately.  This is 100% a scam or phishing for ID theft.  Seems they've not changed numbers or tactics in several years.

Called and hung up. tried to call back and said it was cigna. Has never called me before
