Be careful ignorant or elderly, they will try make you believe they are with ATT and will try to coax you out of your person information by relaying some of your already public information to make you think they are legit. They have an auto-dialer system and I have talked to a few of these scam artist from India and jokingly, I give them fake Credit cards numbers and readily offer them a fake SSN and and these fools keep calling me and then once I get mad, I let them know where the stand. This is a daily chuckle for me, but others beware because these international scams are ever rising and the prey on the gullible.

The fake "ATT"  called - left no message SCAM CALL.

ATT called again -SCAM - didn't answer - male just said HELLO.

FAKE "ATT" call - fellow left message of "Hello" - we did not answer.  Fellow had a non-American accent.

ATT called again - we didn't answer - Caller left no message - Suspect Scam Call.

It took me 10 SECONDS on google to find out that this is, in fact, a legitimate AT&T number.  It's their International Customer Service number.  And if people bothered to read the AT&T site, they'd also see that (314) 925-6925 is in fact, a toll-free call FROM AN AT&T PHONE.

Now, if you don't have AT&T service, well then lucky you. They dialed you by accident or you switched providers and they still have you on file.  Just ignore the call.   If you are with AT&T, then just call them and find out why they texted you.  You can, because this number IS IN FACT AFFILIATED WITH AT&T.

Received text from 314-925-6925 stating my daughter's phone had over $100 in Int'l calls.  HA!  She doesn't know anyone internationally (yet).  Ignored txt.  Never called #.

A fake ATT call - rang 4 x's - we didn't pick up receiver - our recording is of a Great Lakes Horn - caller left no message, but listened to the horn sound.   Suspect scam.

SCAM call from ATT - let phone ring only 3 x's - no message left.

Called to say there was a glitch on my computer circuit. They hung up on me, can't imagine why. Its a scam !!!

This was the scam text: AT&T Free Msg:  Just FYI, you have over $100 in international data charges for bill cycle ending 10/18/2022. Usage in this country is not covered by any AT&T international package. To avoid data roaming charges turn off Data Roaming in your device Settings. If you need help, call us at +1.314.925.6925 (free call).

Within 30 mins I got a 2nd one saying it was over $300. Def a scam text because I never went internationally and that's not a toll free 800 number either. I called at&t and they said they're aware and have been fighting against these people for awhile with no luck. They keep popping up under different numbers.
