I just had the exact same issue as everyone else!  This is a scam!  DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!  I have cancelled my card and now have to wait for a new one to be shipped.  This was the first website that came up as I was looking for a Jarvis Jones jersey.  After I didn't get an order confirmation in my email, I began doing some research.  As many others have said, the phone number goes to a generic voicemail.  I googled the number and it brought me to this page.  UGH!!!! Such a hassle and disappointment.  Hope someone else sees these posts before they order anything from this sight.

I'm researching this website myself as I ordered a Le'veon Bell Jersey.  Fitting how this was the ONLY site I could find that had one.  It's for my son as a Christmas gift.  I'm beginning to feel like I made someone else's Christmas..  IN CHINA!!  My credit card showed up as something other than any official NFL Shop.  I sent an email to find out the status of my order and the reply email read "Your enquiry has been successfully sent to the store owner!"  Notice inquiry is misspelled.  THEN..  I go to the FAQ page and it looks like it was written by a 5th grader.  I would think the giants we know as the NFL would present itself to the public in a more professional matter by making sure the sites licensed to sell their product are in a presentable matter to it's consumers.  I will take it further if I don't receive a reply today.  I've already left voice messages and emailed twice with no reply.  And again I would think the NFL would offer better customer service than what was presented on this website especially the amount of money they make selling jerseys.

I ordered a Walter Payton Jersey for my boyfriend for X-mas and never got a response, so I called and emailed and nothing. I looked at my charge on my credit card and the company is a front. They are based in Beijing. The website looks legitimate. I'm mad at myself because I'm usually very paranoid about looking at sites and double-checking before making a purchase.

Same bad news. Your 'Steelers' shop is in China. You will be buying a counterfeit jersey, that is if you get anything at all. Web sites registered for 1 year are a BIG red flag.

I also have been ripped off they took my money straight away ,I got a completley wrong jersey.No return shipping lable or pack list and now they are playing send me pic call at their buisness hours etc. I even threatened to notify FBI! No resolution! I even called the NFL and they seemed unconcerned that fans are getting ripped off! nflshopofficial.com is above the REAL NFL on google search.

Hi All!  Phew, I can see that I'm not alone.  I charged $61 bucks for a Peyton Manning jersey for my son weeks before Christmas.  The first red flag was the price (too good) and the second was that I never received an email receipt.  It didn't arrive by Christmas 2013 so I immediately panicked and called VISA as I wanted a phone number to contact the company regarding my order.  The VISA folks said the name of the company was 'gomallonline' out of Bejing China and I told them that I didn't see anything about China on the NFL website I used!  I immediately asked for them to reverse the charge on my credit card and I asked for a re-issue on my card as well. The very next day the jersey shows up and yes, it was from China.  I knew it was a knock off but it was a good knock off and my son went nuts for it.  I called VISA and said I had received the merchandise and they explained the process blah blah.  I thought that was the end of it until I started receiving emails from RUBY asking me to pay through Western Union and when I hesitated, they offered a deep discount.  Once again I contacted VISA and they recommended that I not take that course of action.  Being the honest egg that I am, I really want to pay these folks but before doing so I tried calling the phone number at the bottom of Ruby's email (disconnected) and then Googled the number.  This site came up and here I sit typing to you all.  I just sent a note to Ruby telling him/her that they needed to contact VISA but if they don't get paid that I'd either send back the shirt or send a Western Union payment in the late Spring.  I actually like the shirt and my son has no idea it isn't the real deal, not sure he'd care, either.  He wore it the entire remaining days of holiday break.  I DO NOT RECOMMENT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, however.  This flipping thing continues to stress me out!

Thank you everyone, you saved me a huge hassle! This site popped up first when I tried to search for a Michael Bennett jersey for my dad's bday.. Not understanding how a fake website shows up at the top?! And before you research the website looks legit that's for sure. I wish there was a way to immediately shut down the site it's obviously affecting many people :(

Ordered a Rod Streater Jersey for the website: raidersofficialnflstore.com to the tune of $111.17.  It was supposed to arrive within three days, when it didn't I started calling 315.636.6191 like the rest of the board.  I reached a recording, hung up the phone and tried one more time.  Same result.  I immediately called my credit card company and "challenged" the charge.  I explained what had happened, what I found (this board) when I searched the phone number, and that I had complained on their "contact us" page.  

My credit card credited my account and has now taken it up with the company.  Oh yeah, it appeared as "DOGREAT BUSINESS SHOP" and that also got my spidey senses tingling.  

100% fraud site!  Thank God I have a good credit card company!

My wife ordered a Hawks Jersey from the site listed above and we were scammed for a 101 bucks. We now have to wait to dispute the charges and as long as the site cannot prove that our jersey is being shipped. So hopefully they dont send us some crap jersey that is a walmart brand or something. I wish i could find these people. I would be on a plane tomorrow.

so i wanted to buy my husband a rangers heritage jersey for his bday and boy did this number get me!! the site looks just like the NHL.com store so i thought it was. I found the jersey for 140! which is a steal.. well its this site stealing from you! luckly the transaction is still pending and hasnt fully gone through. Thanks to this site i see what a scam it it! i have been trying to call the number non stop for confermation of my order nad when its gonna be shipped and no one answers or calls back and the voicemail says "the person you are trying to reach is unavalible" Im trying a company not person.. The site i was on was "officalnhlstore.com" STAY AWAY!! my bank looked everything up, this site their site and determinded right away its fraud! they are stoping the charge and refunding me back in 12-24 hours. If this site got you too call your bank or credit card!!

Dammit! I just ordered a blackhawks jersey from the "official blackhawks store" and now I discover it's a scam site.

Off to call the bank, I guess.

Scammers got me too. Lots of sites using the same number and MO. , they are all connected. I hope the feds get this scum. 100 bucks down the drain.

Scam fraudulent jersey site. I did my homework after buying, unfortunately. Unlike many others here, my bank, Wells Fargo, tells me too bad, you willingly gave them the info and refuse to credit my card back.  Learned a new lesson, stay away from internet jerseys sites and get a new credit card from a different bank. Stay away from Wells Fargo and these sites.
