My bank, Wells Fargo, said too bad, you willingly gave them your credit card info. I said but it is a fraudulent site, they said nothing they could do.  I guess fraud protection is a subjective term to them.

Your bank has much better protection than mine. I called Wells Fargo two days after I paid [did my homework a bit late..duh] and they said to cancel the card, but they could not refund because it was not fraud, I gave my cc number t to them.

I contacted the BBB and they said it was out of the realm of what they do. Huh? This is fraud.

Ditto everything that has been said in the prior 2+ pages of complaints.  This company needs to be shut down NOW!!!

FTC and DoJ need to get on the trail of this company.

Just "purchased a darren daulton jersey fromhttp://www.philliesofficialauthentic.com, with this phone number. I never recieved a confirmation email which is strange so i immediately checked their site only to see 5 charges for 119. I then called my bank and filed the claim, they said to try to get ahold of the seller. Of course an endless ring when i called. Hopefully since i caught it in a matter of minutes it gets fixed. I also recieved the emails to pay by WU to recieve a %20 discount. When i responded to cancel my orders, i recieved an email stating they would tell the merchant. Besides the fake emails, phone numbers and all the other fraudulent activities they charged my card more than what i was even supposed to pay. Do not purchase anything with this number!

I was surprised Wells Fargo was not even concerned they charged more than was authorized.  I even showed them a copy of what I agreed to pay. All credit card banks are not alike I found out along with not all internet jersey sites are legit..

Got caught out on this myself recently, e-mailed them and no response called barclays and they cancelled the card and are disputing the money and are fighting to get it back for me, said claims will have this closed off in 28 days. So angry at this i was looking forward to this and it looks so real.

I am not going to act like a complete moron and say, "I had no idea this was a knock off". I mean, come on! You are paying 1/3 of the price that any other website or local store has advertised. Of course it's from China and of course it's a knock off. Did nobody read the FAQ and laugh at the verbiage?! I can't understand that people can be so naive to think that this site was an "official" site, then say they were "scammed".  Anyway, I ordered a Michael Jordan Hardwood Classics jersey for $119 ($300 and up on any other site) on 12/31. It's been 13 days since I placed the order. Of course, I have called the telephone and emailed and no response. For those people who said they received their jersey, how long did it take to arrive?

I almost bought something from these guys but the site is official Phillies Pro Shop.  How can it be official if it's not attached to the Phillies in any way.  I almost bought something but the credit card form says expiry date instead of expiration date.  Phew...glad I caught that.  What a shame these people exist and nothing can be done about them.

This is a FRAUDULENT site.  I purchased a jersey and received an incoherent email from them that had misspelled words and poor grammar.  I have emailed them close to 10 times regarding when they will ship the jersey I ordered.  Turns out they are a FRAUD.  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!  I filed a complaint with my credit card company and reported them to the BBB.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered a Will Clark jersey for my mom and haven't heard a word back from this company. I had a bad feeling after buying the jersey and not receiving an e-mail conformation.  I like to give people the benefit of the doubt (or maybe I'm just naive), so I didn't think I was being scammed.  I've called my bank to try and dispute the charges, so we'll see what happens. I'd say lesson learned!

I think they got me for $103. Ordered a Bills Jersey for my grandson a few weeks ago and have not seen it. I keep emailing them and they are not answering.  There was no phone number on the Bills site but I checked the Browns one and got this number. Then when I called and nobody answered I plugged it into the google and here I am.  AHHHHHHHHHH

Contact your bank or credit card company & file a non-delivery or fraudulent use complaint ASAP.

This caller tried to tell me that 11 people accessed my home network. Funny, I played along for one or two comments just playing with them. Some people don't go as far as I do to secure their network, it helps when you have a I.T. Background and friends in the business. Let me just say that if your network is password protected then you are safe. If you were'nt stupid enough to use your DOB or 1234, etc..as passwords. You should use no less than 8 characters, two numbers and a special symbol and a couple upper and lower case letters.

I couldn't find any. I googled the phone # & came across this board. Thank you all. I almost purchase a jersey from this site.

I just did the same thing on a chiefs website.  Right after i get a call from my bank.  I emailed the company and told them i want a refund

I have been one of many people that have ordered sports products and found the stuff to be knockoff or not the right stuff I ordered and they used this number as a callback number. It's just a recording saying the person you are trying to reach is not in. It's for a website called the official store of the Jacksonville Jaguars, it's also in china, that's what the shipping label say's.

They are still at it disguised as authenticcubsshop.com I am out 200.00 and my poor grandkids are out 7 cub jerseys. I am so disappointed as there will be 7 less presents under their tree. They didn't call me I thought they were a legitimate Cubs outlet.
