this is the callback number of a mental health crisis line. if you got a call back, someone in your house called them first and hung up on them.

Someone claiming to be from Progressive Insurance states that the premium on your policy is due. When you tell them that you do not have a policy, they ask for your social security number and DOB.  When I called Progressive on the number listed on the website (not the number that called me), they did not ask for a soc. or DOB.  They advised, should that number call again, to state they have the wrong number.  I had Progressive insurance in the past and was never asked for a soc. over the phone.

This number came up on caller ID. I ignored it because I didn't have this number programed in my phone. It stated that it is a number from St. Vincent's Hospital when I called it back after looking on here. I just recieved a automated message. My sister works there and I have never recieved a call from this number before! Come to find out she did call me and this is the number that popped up.

I've received 3 calls from a Cody Ruffalo, but a different number 1.317.337.3119, but the times were random and late, 5:00, 7:45, 8:45 what's this about>>>

Called but left no message.  I find this kind of thing irritating but then to read that many others have the same issue is more irritating.  I think we should call this number 24-7 and irritate them.

I filled out a profile on line about a type surgery. That is how I got a call from this number. So, if you have ever filled out a profile for anything on line, you might get a call. In case you forgot you did this.

Just received a call from this number. They left a voicemail, it was an automated message from St. Vincent's Hospital reminding me of an upcoming appointment.

Received several calls from the number listed, and when I return the call it appears to be a fax number.   Strangely, the identification on my cell phone screen is "Jacquie"      This has happened three or four times in the last few days.   Started when I was visiting in St. Vincent hospital here in Indianapolis and have seen notices elsewhere indicating this may be a caller connected with the hospital.

I got a call from this number and no message left.  I never have received a call from here.

You're absolutely right. My daughter is a registered nurse at St. Vincent and will ocassionally call from a telephone within the hospital. Any telephone at St. V's is designed "not to accept in-coming calls" from a-telephone other than from a patient's room. And, when one dials a patient's number and only a "general" number appears i.e. 317 713-2700 on one's caller I.D. these numbers are referred to as "dummy numbers."
I can't offer an explanation for any call that the readers have received whereas this number appears to include a "voice."  Without redundancy, the number in question (so to speak) 317-713-2798 is in fact located at St. Vincent Hospital, W.86th Street, Indpls,IN 46206

This number just came thru on my cell... I called it back on a land line and it goes to a fax machine...

So many of you are ignoring calls that could be from loved ones in St. Vincent's hospital... I believe their collection calls come from a different number.

For us, this call came from our doctor's office in Fishers. She is part of the St Vincent's physician network.

I get a fax machine. I am sure it is the hospital as I just did start going to St V's and then got these calls. Mystery Solved.
