I've been getting non stop calls from this "Ruffalo Cody" from the 317 (Indianapolis) area code, I live in NH, and it has been bothering me for a while. So first I googled Cody Ruffalo and I was brought to this site. I was quite relieved that I wasn't the only one recieving these calls. I still wasn't satisfied and while searching I found this:

It is apparently a fundraising company that offers: management of student phonathons, off-campus calling programs, CAMPUSCALL software for phonathons, and phonathon training among other things. More importantly, it has a "regional calling center" in, you guesses it, Indianapolis. But I'm not sure about the link to St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. I guess they did or do some sort of fundraising with this company, but I don't know why they would call somebody in New England or why they would hang up. It says there are other regional calling centers in Athens GA, Chapel Hill NC, and Anaheim CA, but there don't seem to be any reports of problems from those locations.

I got a phone call from this number just today, and it was really weird because I said that they had the wrong number (when they said they were trying to reach someone) and they confirmed the number they were trying to reach, and it was my number. But, the person they were asking for wasn't me. They didn't identify themselves...

I also got a call from 317-415-8111, which google says to be a St. Vincent number as well as 317-713-2798, though the first number I didn't answer.

It was an automated msg confirming an appointment with St Vincent's hospital.  If it's outsourced, many times automated outbound dialers will be programmed to hang up if they do not reach a live person.  You will also usually not be able to call the number they are dialing from because it's dedicated to the machine and not a person.

Ruffalo Cody is a calling system that lets Universities, Hopsitals, and Goverment agencies effectively call and communitcate with their affiliates.  If your gettin a call from Ruffalo Cody  9 times out of 10 its from the University you went to in college and their probably asking for donations or to update your contact information...I would know...this is my job in college.

I received a phone call from this number - it was St. Vincent confirming my appointment for the next day.

I used to work for them and it is an outbound call center they can not answer calls. They also can not leave a message if the phone gets a answering machine we are to hang up and log it as a answering machine. They mean no harm and if you pick up and tell them you do not wish to be contacted ever they will leave you alone.

I have had these calls before. I answered it once. Spoke with the rep and they stated they were looking for a Fonzi Jones. I think they are actually "skip tracers" trying to find this person. i have had collection agencies call for this person where I have had to get rude with them over the issues.

For the past three Monday mornings I have received at least 3 calls with a beeping noise on the other end.  I called the number and received an automated message directing me to call St. Vincent Hospital. I spoke with a tech service person that took my information and she gave me a ticket number. Hopefully it will stop.

It's St. Vincent hospital.  I work at St. V and when someone from inside the hospital calls out it sometimes looks like this number because of some kind of scrambler or something.

It is Butler University calling to ask for donations.

This is one of St. Vincent's general numbers.  It could be any within the network.

This is a generic number for calls from St. Vincent Hospital or some of the doctors associated with it.  They called from this number to give me test results.

My wife has been in St Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.  Their telephone security (HIPPA rules) requires that this system is masked.  All outgoing calls show on caller ID as 317-713-2798 which is the masking number.  If you know someone that might be calling from the large hospital you will have to ask that person what their number is to call them back.  It could be anyone at the hospital that call intentionally or by mistake.  Just ignore the calls if you don't know anyone there.

By-the-way, Cody Ruffalo Associates is a Louisville, KY fundraising organization that probably works for someone at the hospital.

Please stop calling my phone

For me this is St. Vincnet Hospital in Indianapolis calling me to tell me to pick up my prescription.  It usually takes me forever to pick it up.

I recieved a trial medicated stint about two years ago and this is the number that the nurse from ST Vincent calls me from for follow up.

This is a legit number for St. Vincent Hospitals/ Fishers, Indiana location. :)
