Received 2 calls from 319-208-0254 asking me to reply regarding a summons.  Gave me a claim number to response to.  Haven't called.

This number called.  Today was day 3 calling me to tell there is a complaint against me and I have forfeited my rights to settle out of court.  They need to verify my address and work address so they could serve me.  They are also going to contact my HR to get proper protocol to serve me but if I call them today they will be willing to work with me.  Who calls to get an address verified to serve someone papers?   Seriously call someone who might care.  Leave me alone.  I never call back hoping they just go away.

The caller called my work and my home and left this message:

Called saying this
We are processing an order in regards to a complaint that has been filed against you. I've been retained to schedule service of documents that either your residence or your place of employment. You have 24 hours to contact the client to resolve your case voluntarily. Understand when you are located you forfeit that right. Their number is 319-208-0254.

I know this is a scam debt collector, debt collector are not allowed to call your work or threaten you the way these people are. I have blocked the number.

The caller said my husband has a complaint against him. Call them back with a case number, place of employment and address.

They called my house a couple hrs ago, saying they will go to my work or home and serve me over a debt from 2010.And that i have been notified. called back the 319 number and the man notified me it was from some CMG group. I owed $203.00 but if i get served and go to court ill owe $2,458.00.... He asked me if my residence was the address he gave me and i said no. Also told me if i didnt handle this by tomorrow i would be served next week. He stated they spoke to a judge, i asked the judges name and he wouldn't give me any info he said all he can say it was from the CMG group, also that i am not understanding how serious of a matter this is. SCAM.

names is " gordon heel" says i owe money and if i let it go 2 court i will pay over 2 grand. and its a very serious matter also called from 704 248 8084. then told me its for bank of america called them they said they dont do this stuff. these people are crazy! i recorded phone calls and when i told him he flipped. dome answering hope i can help someone!!!!

Omg they call a million times a day to myself, my sister and my parents.  They said I will be arrested if I don't contact them. Scam. They harass badly

They said same thing to me and my family

I had the same message and its a scam.

I've received the same call and my father is getting this call trying to locate me.  This is the second number trying to scam me in 2 weeks regarding this same situation.  I reported the first number.. I guess I need to report this one as well.

The female recording states something along the lines of "processing an order in regards to a complaint against you" and then they give their phone number for me to contact and my case # 28272.

This is very annoying and it's harassment.

These ppl call me harrowing me about a loan from 2010 then tell me there gonna show up at my job.

they told me I had to felony warrents???? i asked for their information and told them to send the cops or a court summons and they hung up on me...how rude.

Tip #1: If you have a case filed against you in court, no one will call you. You will be served in person at home or at work.
Do not fall for this! These scammers call during this time of year with hopes of threatening you to get your money. Just tell them you're an attorney or legal assistant and what they're doing is against the law... I bet they will change their tune!

They keep saying the same about my mom. It's. SCAM!

The same exact thing happened to me. they kept insisting that I pay them even though I told them I had no money. Four times they told me to pay now or they were going to take me to court. I told them they will just have to take me to court. They said they would send out a paper telling me I have to go to court, and when I asked them how they were going to do that without knowing my address they hung up on me.

Same message calling  my mother and I : someone has filed a complaint against us. We have been warned to get our attorneys to call them. Its funny but not funny they don't tell you where there calling from. Just leave us alone!

Threading call of a dispute n file a claim against me

SCAM!! Called my cell phone yesterday and a family members home phone this morning with intimidating messages. Same script as others have previously reported. When I call back from a blocked number they don't answer. As soon as I called from a non-blocked number, they picked up immediately. Refused to provide me with their address and have no details related to the money supposedly owed. Claim to be a mediator that help parties come to a settlement, but are not authorized to negotiate on the creditors behalf and they do not accept money. Gordon informed me they have over 100 locations, but this particular office is based in Oklahoma City. My credit score is over 800 and I have no outstanding debts. Not sure how or where they got my information, but this is not a legitimate collection call.

I don't know who they are and how the got the phone number of a friend rather than calling my cell phone which I have used for over 8 years.
