I've been getting calls from this number I don't recognize the number so I never pick up.
I'm getting tired of them calling me.

Call me all hours of day and night. i don't even know why they'd try to contact or how they got my number. how do i get them to stop?

Was an odd number so I let the machine pick it up and all that was on it was last 4 of some number.
A machine answering a machine.. hahaha
Have had a few ex-employee's that have skip on some things wish they never used my number as a contact number

I've been receiving calls from telemarketers & apparently collections.... when I don't recognize the numbers, I do not answer! If its a # thats not a "800" series, then I *67 it to call back & see who's calling me. I never call any of the 800 #'s back, as they can always see whos calling even if u try to hid your #.
I've received many calls thus far from the same # (319-242-7350) as well as sev other #'s from this CBE/CDE group collections, they never left a msg.
I do not owe anyone $$, shouldn't be in collections so they either are scam artists or they have my info mixed up w/someone else! I do tell ppl I'm on the do not call list, so do not call again & make sure its noted. I love the whistle blowing in their ear idea, plan on doing that one!

I keep receiving calls from this number every single day at 7:30 am and during the day. I am very tired of them calling me because they never leave a message!

I am getting multiple calls - they hang up if I answer, and never leave a message when I don't.  They are calling my office line, which is listed as contact information for MANY people.  PLEASE STOP!!!

I have started to receive phone calls from a number I did not know. When I looked up the number it is coming from CBE Group. They NEVER leave a message explain what the call is about. And when I do answer they say nothing and HANG UP. I have called them back but get nothing. I have NO OUTSTANDING debt so I am not sure what I have started to receive these calls.

THANK YOU FOR THIS INFO. WENT TO THERE SIGHT AND FOUND A TOLL FREE #866-912-1312 AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE MY CELL# OFF THERE AUTOMATED SYSTEM OR I WAS GOING TO TURN MY PHONE RECORD OVER THE THE State Attorney General for my state and request a credit from this company for all the air time I've lost. The company then removed my number. Thanks Again for youy help!

Caller ID said CBE.  I figured it was a debt collector, so I did not answer.  They left no message.  I googled them, and yes, it's CBE Group Debt Collectors as noted above.  I've been getting calls for 5 1/2 years for the person who had my phone number before me.  Every time she gets into trouble, *MY* phone number pops up in her data, and the calls start all over again.  I wish there was a way for my number to be excised from her debt history.  Sigh...

i need help im only 15 and yet their calling me i have no debt but my mom might because she recently whent to school but i dnt live with her or yet tlk to her everytime i answer it they hang up

caller id said CBE GROUP. Calling from 319-242-7350 A recorded message said this is a debt collector please call our 800 number. The message did not ask for any person by name.

I just received a called from 312-242-7250 - called ID said CBE Group and that they are a collector and I better call #800-348-3304 about my debt.  I don't have a debt!!!  So I looked them up online and called their corporate office at 866-912-1312 and told the girl who answered the same thing.  She said I have to speak to the location that called me and transferred me to #800-348-3304.  Finally I got a girl named Karen on the phone and told her the same thing.  I asked who she wanted and someone named Leticia and I told her I have had this number for 5 years and am sick and tired of their calls and that I am on the Do Not Call List and she said that doesn't matter that they don't use it.  She asked when was the last time I got this call and I said a few minutes ago to remove my number and I hung up.

I get these call at least once a day

Keeps calling, changing area codes so we can't block them.  One ring only.  Very ANNOYING!!!!

I was getting multiple calls a day, with no messages left! I called and they were looking for a "Melissa", I told them I have had the same phone # for 16 years, she assured me my # would be taken off the list, we shall see...

I keep receiving calls from this number for someone that dosen't live at this address.  I have pushed to button to let them know that person is not at this address but the calls keep coming several times a day.  I am a retired widow that lives alone and it the calls are getting quite annoying.  The number that shows up is (319) 432-7613.

being a debt collector, you have to determine that the amount in question is actually a debt or a disputed issue, for example, Verizon had lost thousand dollars on an ID theft, in this case I'm the victim, they cannot recover that lost and they know it cost them to bring this to court, so they pass it to collector with the hope that "debt collector" can give them some extra power without incurring any legal fee, and the so call debt collector blindly mail out letters and make calls that all they can get is f**k word from the other end, for my case, I will personally save those letters and phone logs to help in case I need legal assisting.

I have recently moved and set up a land line for phone use.  I have received multiple calls/recordings from a company called the CBE Group calling regarding a debt collection. I am not in debt. I tried to call the number back that they left on the recording and it stated, "Just for calling today you have won two free tickets to the Bahamas." What the hell is this?  Obviously, this is not a true debt collection agency. I want my phone number removed from their list. I will be following the directions given and contacting the company tomorrow.

I save those calls under Scam and just "update existing contact" each time.
