Calls made daily. They leAve message . But never address who they wanot to call them. When you answer they hang up. It is interfering with my business. And has become a hazard . This has been going on for months. Needs to stop

These people harass not only you but also your family and friend. They claim they need a "statement from you about a case you are involved in".

Several calls daily by them.  When I ask the business of their company they only want MY personal information! They were very rude and I hung up on them.

This number had the nerve to call my son's phone looking for me n tell me it's a personal matter. Never heard of this company.

I am informing you the CBE Group calls me no less than 4 to 5 times a day starts at 8:30am  until 9:00 pm at times.
We have been exempt of most of our Dr. bills that Ins. or Medicare does not cover.
We live on Social Security and have limited money. My husband and I are in our 70's.
I would appreciate  it if you would inform them we do not want to receive any more calls.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can Google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt letter.  It is called a cease and desist letter.  following is where you can find these letters, read up on your rights, and file complaints.  You must do this yourself.  Everything you need to know has been posted on this pages by the regulars here.  Following is some additional information and some links.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of the date of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

I keep getting calls from CBE Group which I understand is a debt collector agency.  I'm NOT the party for whom they are looking, and I have no intention of picking up the call.  A post I read advised to call 1-800-925-6686, ask to be connected to Compliance and request to be removed from CBE's calling lists.  I did so, but my call went to an answering system.  I left my phone number and asked them to remove the number.  Let's see if they do.  I hope so, or  I will be reporting them to the FCC next.  Good luck to all those being harassed by this firm.

I received a call from CBE asking me to verify my address.  I did not verify it because they could not tell me why they were calling so I hung up the phone.

get many calls from this debt collector ( with dif. nu's ) changed ciph. nu. in dec or jan. was gave this nu. since then rev'd calls ( asking for rayin ) i do not this person and i have no debts that are outstanding .

Find their toll free number and call them back 50 times.  That should slow them down.

Portfolio recovery.  Front xall, CID says "Niangene Chavon" They call you to see if this is a good,  working number.  I have it blocked so when they call, all they get is a weird tone.

Had my lawyer call this number back +1 (319) 242-5658. The number IS for CBE Group but it is NOT them calling. Another agency is using the number illegally Nationwide Recivery Association.y lawyer called and said that they sounded super shady could not be trusted, etc.

I have asked them many times to take me off their call list. I recently obtained this number and I am bombarded with their calls. It is at the point where they call me and say nothing. Really immature

I get calls starting at 7:45 A.M. and the latest being 10:30 P.M. I get 4-6 calls a day. They never leave a message it's always silence. They call from 3/4 different places Salem, MA being one of them. And if you do answer it tells you to hold. I am tired of the calls. They have different numbers the Salem number is 978-224-8070.

Almost nobody intentionally defaults on a debt. The runaway capitalist system encourages people to take on debt; it's what keeps the system going, it has to constantly grow and debt is taking a loan on your future labor- that is slavery. The bloodsuckers who do the calling to people who fall on hard times and can't pay the corporations are the lowest form of life and their karma is cursed.

How do you know it is this group?

I just got a phone call at 9:15 pm. Are you kidding me. I dont need to get phone calls that late especially when i answer and no one is there and hangs up. Take me off the list!
