Received a phone call -- rang twice January 26, 2016 3:35 PM, no answer.  320-534-0598.

Called me didn't answer. They left no message. Checked online and saw on here all the different answers. Either way not going to answer and will put on my reject list.

Caller was very aggressive, asked inappropriate personal question. Thank god for call block!

This company will NOT leave a voice mail, always rings just two or three times. My True Caller application on my phone says that 176 people have identified this number as SPAM. If they call one more time without leaving a voice mail or a REASON why they are calling, I will be blocking them.

Been receiving calls from this # (ID says Array Services)...they never leave a messgae...and always calls AFTER 8 at night!  So, when they called last night, I answered & yet no one replied, then they just hungup!  Very strange!  Sounds like a scam to me!  But stranger yet, I called the # back & I ended up getting someone named 'Rodriguez' in area code '609'!  GO FIGURE!!!

Got a call just now from these folks saying they were my health Insurance company calling to talk about my plan and wanted to ask a few questions. I refused and said I was on my way out the door. There is no reason for my insurance company to be calling me. Be aware of these folks!

I know I blocked this number before. They called again today.
If it's legit, they can always leave me a voicemail--scammers usually do NOT.

Calls every day trying to get personal information. I recorded them while they were threatening me. I played along for 8 minutes before they hung up on me. Just give them a really hard time and give them fake info and they will get tired of wasting their own time. Go online and get your local F.B.I.  Phone number and give this to the caller as your contact number. This will stop them cold, for when they either hang up or try their crap with them, they will get a nice little visit at their office. Now they will be the target of harassment. It works !  I have tried it already here in Las Vegas. Good luck..

This number called me twice the other day, but no one was there when I answered. Today they called again, and a person was on the other end. It was a survey asking me about a counseling service I had used thru work. Didn't ask me any personal questions, just stuff like "do you agree, strongly agree, strongly disagree, disagree" etc about the service.

I got a call from them a few days ago claiming to be my insurance company  asking to speak to my parent or guardian and then I said I am Michelle and they're like oh well we see you had a recent emergency room visit. And try to give me to give them my insurance information and subscriber number I've verified my address for them but didn't feel comfortable since they had no clue what they were talking about and hung up and told him not to call me ever again

This is Western Health Advantage welcoming me to their company. And if I didn't receive my ID cards to call them back at either my local area code or their 800 number.

I do not answer these non-stop calls.  In reading the other comments most say it is a collection agency.  Neither my roommate or myself owe anything so that doesn't make sense.  I will answer next time just to see what its about because I want it to stop.

Received calls from this number about a few times in the last few days and it's quite annoying. When trying to call this number while making my number private, it is an automated message asking that if they need me, they would call. They would call in the early morning to noon around 8 am to 12 pm.

This number called a few minutes ago.  Didn't leave a message.  It was good to read the info about them on here.  Thank you 800notes.com .

Caller ID is "3205340598" (the default format is (xxx) xxx xxxx; so they spoofed the caller ID to look vanilla but have failed).  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  Their outgpong message is, "Thank you for your call.  We're calling to do a follow up survey, and if we need to we will try again at another time.  Thank you."

So they spoof their caller ID and fail to identify themselves on their outgoing message.

Others have identified them as a faux debt collector phishing for information.  Their behavior is consistent with that.

Got 2 calls on my cell. Left no voicemail, but when I called back the answering machine said that they are taking a survey and will call me back.

I thought this was going to be a debt collector.  I Googled the phone number and saw results like the ones on this page.  It was actually a phone survey about a call I made a week ago to Care 1st San Diego.  It was a real live person asking me about how satisfied I was when I called last week to speak to a nurse after I cracked my tooth.  That nurse helped me find a dentist who, in 24 hours, was able to take care of the incident I had.

Stupid and uncalled for.  Has nothing to do with the purpose of this site.  Take your tin hat somewhere else.

Clearly not a survey group.  Appears to do debt collection only.
