call from this number went to telephony voicemail, as do all calls. No message left. Per history here, there are conflicting descriptions of the actual source.

I received a call from this phone number from a gentleman with a heavy accent claiming he was with my insurance company and that the phone call was regarding a call I made to the nurse helpline. The weird thing is, I did  call the nurse helpline a couple of weeks ago.  I'm not sure how he knew it, but I told him I wasn't comfortable with him calling from a Minnesota phone number claiming to be from my insurance company which is in Massachusetts. He got pretty annoyed and just wanted to verify my birthdate so I hung up.

I normally wouldn't answer an number I don't know. But I didn't look before picking up. I was suspicious because there was a blank pause and then someone from a call center was reading off a script. I had called a Carefirst nurse for some advice, and they were calling to see what I thought of the experience. So, a legit call; though unnecessary. Took a few minutes to answer his questions. "Would you recommend? Did you follow the advice? Was your issue resolved? etc"

Called my cellphone, did not answer. Left no voice mail.

Guy was so slooowww in talking. Not sure what prescription he was on. He said he was calling about my health care insurance. Caller ID said "Array Services" but he announced as Health Care Services Corporation and said that I had that coverage with them. When I asked which specific health plan he was referring to, he said Medicare. After some more questions, he was saying Medicaid. He did not seem to know they were different programs (BTW, I have not had coverage by either). He hung up when I noted he was referring to two different programs (Medicare and then Medicaid). Not sure why he was wasting my time.

Calls every day past few weeks. No message.  From what I have seen this is some kind of scam.  We are on the do not call list.

Caller identified herself as Cigna Healthcare, calling to help me schedule my doctor's appointments.  First question was asking me to verify my name and date of birth.  OK.  So you are calling to help me but you want me to verify who I am?  BINGO, bimbo bozo.  Oh, BTW, Cigna didn't particularly care, suggested I contact local authorities.  Bimbo Cigna.

I have been receiving calls from this company for 2 or 3 weeks. They never leave a message on our answering machine. I do not answer calls from companies or people that I do not know.

And go fly a kite!  Jump in the lake!  Stick your head in a pot of red-hot gravy!  Boo!  I will not pick up the phone for foolhardies I do not know!  There ought to be a law.  How does bread and water sound to you?  Busting rocks?  You want it, you got it! Brazen thieves want to make trouble!

The person at the other end said they were a representative of Cigna Health Plan and calling to assist me with medical appointment scheduling...went on to list the numerous yearly tests they intended to schedule me for ...curiously they knew who my doctor was but I had just been to my doctor who manages my case and there was no mention of any such thing. I did, perhaps erroneously verify address data, perhaps I should have simply hung up. Usually when Cigna calls the caller ID says CIGNA . Anyhow I wasn't going to allow whoever it was to schedule any medical appointments for me, I don't live like that, with a stranger wanting to send me here and there for anything. I do see elsewhere that some claim ARRAY Services had pretended to be their Insurance provider so I thought I'd mention this. Very suspicious that a MN number would encroach on CIGNA TN turf... iffy at best.  call was on 3/23/2017 at 9:58 central time

They've been calling for a week before and after noon. I'm not available during the day when they call so it goes to voicemail and they haven't left any messages. Checked out this site to see what it might be- sounds very suspicious. If they really need me for something, they could leave a message but they don't. I called the number back this afternoon and the recording that picks up states no company name and says that they are calling about a survey and will call again if they need to. I have now blocked them from calling me.

Less stupid than your pointless and uncalled for response.

This is a boiler room scam operation.

received several calls claiming to be a survey to a cell phone registered on do not call list.  They give no name, they seems like scammers, phishers.

These jerks call once or twice EVERYDAY!!! I don't have any debts at all & my credit is excellent. I have them on my block list.
FIND A LEGAL WAY TO GET MONEY!!!

Array has been on my caller ID every day many times of a few weeks.  Never a message. I do not pick up the phone if I do not recognize the name or number.  Thanks for the info on this.

Carefirst survey

Repeated calls from this number.

They’ve called twice in two days now, but haven’t left a message. Some peopeople day they’re legit and some have been saying they’re a scam. Either way it can’t be that important if they done leave a message, right?
