They called me three times this past week. On the third call, I declined it right away and they actually left a message. The woman left a message that went like this: “Please let [my daughters name] know that I called on behalf of [our insurance] and will call at a later time. Thank You.”

First of all, my daughter is 4 months old. Had they actually been my health insurance, they would know that and asked for her mother (Me) instead. Second, they mispronounced her name, yet it’s a common name and not hard to pronounce at all. And third, our health insurance is located in California, so why would they be calling from Saint Cloud, Minnesota? I’m putting these jokers on my blocked call list.

I answered the call and the douche on the phone had the nerve to tell me he couldnt disclose who he was or why he was calling. i just told him to talk to the dial tone. I don't know anyone in MN with a 320-534-0598 number.

My son just had surgery last week and has a appointment today and this number just called saying they needed to move the appointment up and I neeeded to call them. Yet it didn't come from the clinics phone number
