They called my cell and asked for my husband.  I didn't even get to tell her to remove me - I told her I already give through my own donations and she hung up on me!  Blocked now.

Talked for 15 seconds and hung up. Added to auto reject list.

With that being said the DNC is still totally USELESS.

I just answered the phone and the person said Is Martha there? I answered yes. Well, have a nice time and enjoy the rest of your day.
I think they have a lot of time in their hands to lose it that way and bother people needlessly.

I'm getting a lot of these calls from all over, all are unknown.

Called and asked for my dad, who I don't live with. I never give out my number, either. Hung up when I asked why they called.

Not a telemarketer, a scam artist trying to get you to give money using the name of a noble cause like breast cancer but the cancer society does not solicit donations this way. I know first hand because it is my business through other methods like t shirt sales that are donated by companies at fun runs and other methods which none of them are over phone at odd hours of the day or using robots or donation boxes sent to your house, Hope this helps

They were fishing Martha making sure they had the right info. Be aware and careful

They are not from the veterans affairs so be aware they are true scammers from this number. Not from cancer society either I know cuz I work for them and we do not solicit donations. We receive donations other ways like t shirts that are donated by companies and other similar ways. How this helps

Scam-"This is the American Disabled Veterans Foundation is this ____? We are offering medication,  substance abuse rehabilitation, money for vets, homes, as long as you make a donation. I asked for the address and contact info. He said "we don't give that out unless you are willing to commit to a contribution and hung up. 323-825-2346. Called back busy, second call voicemail picks up "FUNDRAISING CENTER IF YOU'RE WILLING TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION PRESS 2.

Supposed to be a fundraiser for American Disabled Veterans Foundation. Called the day before Veterans Day. I asked him to tell me their web address and he repeated his speech asking me to give a one time donation for a sponsorship.

They called my cell number with this tele number.  However, they called my house using (323) 409-1342 back on Oct 29th.  Supposedly a Breast Cancer organization but those never ask for just a "one time only" thing!  Blocked all their numbers!!!

Said they were from the disabled vets----BULL$&@¥

Called. I missed call. No message.

Number just called my cell and dumb guy said he was from disabled veterans foundation.  Ha!  Hung up after he said that and put him on the blocked list.

Likely some kind of scam.  Hung up and didn't leave message.

Called at 9:08am, says from Huntington Park, CA. No message.
