I have been getting a call from same number . However it's now a Lisa Mason. Also trying to collect a debt for magazines which I don't ever recall ordering. .she just sent me a document sign by email. Anyone have suggestions.

Just listened to the voicemail left for me by this Lisa Mason from number 330-931-4018.... she stated she needed to talk to me about a civil matter I have direct involvement in thru her office and that I have been officially notified. Really funny since she used my last name from my first marriage, and I have been remarried for 10 years now. I also did a general search on this PDA Mediation Services and nothing came up.....hmmmmmmmmmm

I got a call from someone from this number as well. Her name was Ashley White. Her singing voice was not that good though when she accidentally called back without knowing it and was singing "Play That Funky Music White Boy" lol

I received a call today saying that the magazine company was gonna file charges against me . I need help I'm scared is this really a scamer

"Barbara Gordon" (whom had a little southern accent -in our case- not asian, like someone else's Barbara) ;) - left a message in our home phone number stating that, Ana Kramer, should call back because her office was going to take legal action. We've had this phone number for 9+ years and the only, Ana, is my mother but her last name has never been "Kramer" and she doesn't live/has never lived with us. I wrote the number to call and let them know that they had the wrong info but decided to check the number before calling. So glad I did! This is definitely a scam. DO NOT call, pay nor give them ANY personal info.

Read CWG40's post and mine up there.  Then send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  File complaints with the proper agencies to which i have provided links.  When the harassment continues, sue them and put big bucks in your pocket for the harassment.

I had the same lady call me too thank God I did research.... I even told she was a fake then hang up

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you are delinquent on a magazine subscription.  I said "by all means, intrigue me.  Because I've never had a magazine subscription in my life.  So that makes you a lying mother f**ker..   So now what.  Then she hung up..     Her name was Ashley white.

They used my married name (I've been divorced for some time) and couldn't even pronounce it right, lol.

Leah smith called me today and left a message stating that I've been served. I called her back asked for the agency's address. Leah got nervous, and asked why am I asking for the address. I told Leah she was scammer, and i was going to report her to the FBI. Leah raised her voice and stated she was going to report me for harassment. I told Leah to go ahead you scammer. I ended the call.

Scam artist.

I just got the exact same message only they didn't even have my name right.  If you don't even know my name, how is it this debt is for me?  And really "officially serve".....over a voicemail.  As if!

It is a scam report them!

Report the number and name to the BBB and FTC. And if she keeps calling, write it down the day and time and what she says and you file a police report.

Received a call from Joanne Hughes said 330-931-4010 was her direct extension and to call regarding civil action case #024279 against me.  I called and she put me on hold, I hung up.  She called back and I asked her who she was and what company she worked for she asked me who I was.  I told her I would not give that information until I knew who was trying to contact me. She would not give info but asked for my name.  Told her since she obviously had my phone number that she should know who I am.  She told me to have a wonderful day and hung up.

From Lynne Evans  PDS mediation Services  330-931-3868 and said I had a civil lawsuit in her office from magazine services from 2008 and wants to settle for $400. I told her to send me a statement in the mail.

Got a call from old mrs Jefferson back at it again. Tried to scam my mom while I was in the car for 1900
Said we can settle it down to 350 without litigation. First off credit bureaus and collection agencies don't do that. I snatched the phone from my mom and demanded she tell me who she works for. What company and employee number. She wouldn't answer my questions only tried talking over me. NO COLLECTION agency operated like this. There are rules about debt collection and this is outside all of it. She finished by telling me "tell your mom to pay her bills"

And said the call are monitored. Yeah right. If they were she'd be fired. I told her send me any legal document about the debt. She had old addresses, address she's never lived at, magazines with no relation to my moms interests. She said my mom

I just got a call from the same person!! Was calling for my husband about something back in 2010!! The sad thing is now that I know the company we dealt with them back in 13! They did get money out of us then. Not happening this time! Number blocked!

My husband received a call from PDs medications services.  A message was left for a woman that we have no idea who was.  My husband attempted to explain to her that the woman they were looking for could not be reached at that number. Well first of all, the woman said she did not call his phone. Then when I called I just played back the recording and she got really snotty.  Saying that they believed that my husband was trying to prank them because he was going in and out of service.  Then she was very rude to me.  When I said, "Then you will correct this, please." She responded with she would when asked politely and not to call back this number or I would be blocked. Man really lady?
