Called at 11:40am stating they are calling from "Windows" ... I said "what kind of b***sh*t is this?!" And he replied "it's not b***sh*t. I'm calling with Microsoft about your Windows." And I responded "windows doesn't call people, and they wouldn't allow you to say b***sh*t." I then hung up.
    Phone Number isn't believable either...
The man was Indian sounding and hard to understand. He got cocky with me for calling him out on the scam.

They wanted to gain access to my computer and I didn't want to take the risk of this scam. I had no prior knowledge to who this person was. They said that they were from Microsoft.

This is the second time, first time I played along and asked for a number to call him back after I verified the information with Microsoft service center.  He was very rude and insistent that this be corrected now. You could hear other people in the background telling the same story to others.  Today the call was at 7:30 am on a Saturday.  To try and pull off this scam you think they would be a little friendlier.

Yes, I received a call on my cell phone like others here. A man with an Indian accent said he was calling from Microsoft about a problem with my computer. I hung up on him and added the number to my reject list. I see they tried calling again this morning. This is a total scam. It has been a while but they tried this about a year ago only they said it was a problem with my work computer.

Received a call for that number on 3/27 in the afternoon, from someone with an Indian accent. Said my PC was infected with malware, I told him he should be arrested and hung up. Received another call from the same number this morning around 6:00 am but had my phone on silent. Checked the message and it was gibberish in a foreign language.

Caller with an Indian accent said I had a "windows computer." When I said I didn't he argued with me then said they were going to cancel my windows license. I told him to go for it 'cause the call was a scam--then hung up.

Total scam! Got a call from Windows Service Center a Foreigner on the phone who I could barely understand. Argued with me that there was something wrong with my computer. It's a brand new computer! Then I ask him why he was calling me why didn't he just send me an email if he had all my information. He was getting mad because I was questioning him.
Do not give them any information!! It's a SCAM!

Received a call from this number at 7:06 this morning but I did not pick up. Later I listened to my messages and heard some strange accent speaking woman talking to someone in background. Figured it was a scam call.

Have received several calls from this number, early in the morning and throughout the day. Three times before 7am, which is against FCC rules. I know there is no such area code, so it must be a scam.

SCAM!  Received call at 8 am from "Windows Technical Department".  Woman with heavy Asian accent said they are receiving messages from my computer that it is infected with a virus.  Kept asking me to turn on my computer and she would show me how to get rid of the viruses.  Not  happy about being awakened, I just kept wasting her time by saying "what?" and telling her I couldn't understand.  She was getting quite frantic and just kept saying "Turn on your computer Ma'am",   Then she switched to saying "someone is trying to hack your computer".  I finally told her not to call again and hung up.

gentleman (foreign accent) called this morning claiming to be from Microsoft and was insisting I needed to log on the computer right away because someone in Alabama was hacking my computer.  wouldn't give me a phone number to call back and acted like it was a life and death emergency.  I again where he was calling from and a call back number he asked when he could call me back and finally when I wouldn't give him a time, hung up on me. Frustrating!

Received a call from this number.  Told my computer was hacked.  This guy actually said he was with Microsoft.  Once I started to ask questions he called me an A#@hole and continued to tell me everyone in my family was one too.  Amazing that these type of calls can't be stopped.

"Hi. I'm a robocalling scam artist working offshore for a company who steals from unsuspecting computer novices like you by deception, while pretending to work for Microsoft, who, uh, misleads novice computer users in entirely different ways."

Gee, I'm surprised I wasn't offered THAT career path in school?
