Office Aaron Thompson at ext 103 called multiple times this morning and stated that it is a serious legal complaint against my name and social. He also said that I could loose my job of which I do not have. Anyways after googling the number and discovering this is fraud. I am good, this happened before but I fell for it. Not again

Why is this number not shut down? I reported them to the real FTC and Attorney General, then contacted my bank. All is well for now. It was funny when I called the dude back to tell him I had reported his ass.

The # calling us is 805-876-3368 he goes by Victor or Paul Morris, he is saying he is with the California States Attorney's Office, When I ask the name of the State Attorney he said he didn't know what his name was...California state attorney is a female...ba ha ha ,,,he has been calling day and night and has the wrong # leaving another persons SS # on my voice mail, when I told him he had the wrong # he started prank calling me over and over...Well I got real sick of that as well did my boyfriend so we started calling him over and over and over, filling up his voice mail with BAD messages...The little punk will not answer the phone now! This idiot got the information from someone applying for a loan on line...He even threatened and said he had the address attached to the phone #.....FRAUD BIG TIME!

I rec'd the same message only he is Office John Walker from the Federal Trade Commission. 347-441-5990, or 7004 shows up after you don't answer?? So after the last two weeks of hearing the threatening voice messages. I decided to call the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. So now they will be investigated. Karma is a funny think. Hopefully this will help everyone. The representative said to contact the police if needed. Everyone Take care.

Yes, Yasmine. This is a complete scam don't give these incompetent crooks anything. I work. For a state agency, I too received a call from an individual with an East Indian Accent. He told me that there have been several complaints against my name and SSN. I would not give him any personal information, however, I received plenty if information from him. I turned this information over to my agency's Criminal Investigations Division. You can contact the Office of the Attorney General in your state and file a complaint and to get further information on protecting yourself against identity theft and scams.

Aaron Thomson and John Walker both from this # stated they were Federal Trade Officers and I had 3 complaints against my SS# and I had until next week to pay in full or I would be put in jail???

These people are calling telling me that I'm going to get arrested and that I owe a loan which I don't. They use the 911 phone to say that the police will come for me in half an hour. Please stop this.

They called me saying that they had a warrant out for me and that I needed to pay for a loan that I did not take out. They wanted me to pay this loan so I don't go to jail. Thankfully I work in collections and know the laws. I advised him that I had a lawyer and was going to contact the FDCPA  and the CFPB (2 organizations that practice in fair debt collections and debt laws) and that what he was doing is illegal and I would be filing a suit. He then hung up. The man I spoke to was Aaron also but he identified himself as "officer".

Luis please see my post. If you throw CFPB and FDCPA at them and tell them that what THEY are doing is illegal. I can assure you they will stop.

Hi I was called at work by a Officer Erin Thompson from 347-441-5990 who gave me a case number 3924RN5393 and transferred me to a Mike Black chief investigator who said he has a warrant for my arrest and I have 5 federal charges against me. Neither one of them can speak English they sounded like indian or something

I too received this same call. I reported him to the cops. They advised me to report him where he is : Queens, NY. Also, I was told to report him to the FBI. We need to come together and put this fraudulent freak in jail! REPORT HIM!
