This man calls harrassing me saying he's a lawyer and I'm being taken to court for something I purchased via telephone over two years ago and never paid for.  I did make that purchase and paid with my Visa however he states they have been sending me letters for two years and I've never responded and they have already submitted the court papers.  He has a very thick Asian accent, refuses to tell me his name or the amount I am being sued for.  When I tell him I have a lawyer of my own he hangs up on me.  I tried calling the number back (it was on my caller ID) no one answered.  I tried a few minutes later and the same Asian man answered "Hello". I asked if it was a residence or a business I called and he didn't understand my question then a voice in the background said something to him and the call was disconnected.  My husband tried calling and got thru asked where he called and they wouldn't tell him. He said he had lawyer representation and wanted to know why he was being sued and for how much and they hung up on him as well.

Yes i receved a call fron this # as well and the same thing was said to me.

My father has also gotten this call and says that my mother and father had bought a english learning course but the people calling was not a asian man but a women and her lawyer that both spoke spanish and told my father to send the check to Peru!! Also kept being very demanding in sending six hundred dollars or people would come into our house and take our merchandise to pay the debt. The Lawer name was supposedly Julian.

This guy is a fraud he is not a lawyer I reported him to the Lawyer's Bar this man only speaks spanish he has a very hard time with his English. When I called him out he could speak English very well so he asked me if I spoke Spanish so i did and he kept calling me in Spanish Cowboy. What type of and attorney calls a man cowboy when he is trying to collect.  I told him I know where you live I will be by tonight to ride my horse you better be ready to Ride cowboy.

I got a call also from this guy telling me to send $687.00 to Lima Peru in the name of Teodoro Chamilco Blas. The number he called from was 1-360-200-5411 and 1-806-5149. don't send him anything this is fraud.

yes I have also received a call from this number, and they said the same things. supposably the lawyer's name is Julian. Don't send money because this a FRAUD!!!

This guy is suck a fu****** lier saying that I own this much and bla bla.

This guy call today saying that I own money to his company... the same history. I'll report the number with Washington ScamNet. Hope they stop him!
