Just got a call from this number on 3/5/13 at 6:25pm on our unlisted land line we have through our cable company. e have no voice mail so I just let it keep ringing until it stopped.

They left msg on my landline... offering to take away my timeshare fees etc.

An autodialer is calling from this phone number regarding timeshares. My phone number is on the Do Not Call List. Apparently they don't care about breaking the law.

Did not answer. Left message about timeshare stating that they could eliminate maintenance fees while still allowing you to use the resort. Hell will freeze over before that happens.

called on 3/13/2013 at 3:19 PM edt and said something about timeshares.  they have called before and we have tried to tell them stop calling. We do not have any time share. We have NEVER done business with them, nor ever contacted them.  I tried to call back and some recording about "opting out" not to receive these calls.  Well we are already on dnc register and they have no business to call us in the first place. I did not fall for the scam of "opting out"

Don't do business with anyone who does not respect the Do Not Call List.  If they dis-obey the law, what makes you think they will treat you right?

got a call from this number, here's what I have started doing with all these scam calls...I urge people to consider doing this if you can. First understand that the dnc does not work, I did in 2010 provide testimony for FTC on  bogus car warranty but all they did was fine them and they just changed their name so the FTC is impotent in these matters likely because of the volume of complaints and how hard it is to track them down with this two party center system they use that also uses spoofed numbers.

I have comcast for my phone and can block numbers, blocking numbers though is not enough and I can block 12 numbers. I also have both normal call forwarding and selective call forwarding, the latter being the key to this. I took one scammer number that is spoofed (if you call it back you get the "it's out of service" recording) and blocked it. (I chose the one that called the most) Then I took that number and made it the source for my selective call forwarding and I add all the scam numbers to the list of numbers to be forwarded (that is the selective part of selective call forwarding). I can still use my regular call forwarding to forward calls to my cell as selective call forwarding is separate from call forwarding.

Now imagine if many people did this, when the call is forwarded it has the potential to tie up the line of the target number, which is a spoofed number and a scammer. I have yet to find a limit on the amount of numbers I can add, but when I go back and check my logs I see tons of forwarded calls..if you like the idea please pass it on...let's tie up their lines and strangle them with their own lines.

Received this call today...1-360-322-6030 left a voice message its from a TIME SHARE reminding about renewing...I DON'T OWN TIME SHARES and i have an unlisted #....in Vancouver BC   JUST IGNORE AND DONT ANSWER IS MY BEST SUGGESTION.

came in on my cell 25 march 13. seemed to be a recording. I hung up straight away.

Caller ID says "Washington Call" ... I did not answer

Caller ID says:  Marysville, WA.  We've been getting called everyday about the same time in the evening.  No one on the line when we answer.

This number called and wanted to know if we wanted to sell our timeshare.  When my husband asked "don't you guys understand what "take me off your list" means, the lady said "no sir-not gonna happen!" and hung up on him.  We are on every do no call list out there and also PAY to have call blocking on our phone.

calls have come in after 9 pm at night, waking my husband and me.

Called and left message regarding maintenance on my time share that I DO NOT OWN!  I am on Do Not Call List.  What's the point of recording number for Do Not Call if they don't get penalized? Grr!
