Get calls from this number at all times: Early in morning or as late as 930 at night.
Sometimes just shows Marysville, WI, other times Breast Cancer research.

Just got one of these calls.  She acted at first like she was a friend, then said she was calling on behalf of breast cancer survivors.  I knew when that it was a telemarketer, so I hung up.  Why would someone from Washington State call someone in Georgia she does not even know if it is not for money.

"Wincoming" on caller ID, let answering machine pick it up, no message left.  Call received about an hour ago.

Last week this number called as "Lucky 7."  Tonight it was "Wincoming Call."  Obviously, these solicitors want people to think they have won some sort of prize by getting a solicitation call from them.

Just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer & they left no message.  I know no one in Washington state.  I am also on the Federal, as well as the State, "no call" lists.  They don't seem to be helping as I seem to be getting more calls now than I ever did before I got on the list.

Wincoming Call!!! Yeah sure... an obvious scammer. BLOCK IT.
Because so many good folks telephones are being invaded with unwanted scam/spoof callers, several good folks and the Vonage VoIP Phone service, have setup a free call blocking service. On the Internet, Google  “free call blocking service” and see what is available, you will be glad you did. You can also get your own “Call Blocking Phone” and call-block all those unwanted callers. We laugh each time such calls ring our phone and are blocked and then exclaim, “Thank You.”

Got a call from this number. There was silence at first and after I said hello a couple of times a woman's voice was heard talking about donating to breast cancer or something like that. It was very choppy and soon I realized it was a recording that was meant to have pauses after it asked me a question. I hung up. You want me to donate to your cause, send me something in the mail. Won't answer next time as caller ID shows Marysville.

Stated "Wincoming Call" on CID.  Obviously a spoofed name.  My call blocking device caught it (they've tried before and I've blocked the entire area code) and it never rang my phone.  Even if the blocker didn't catch it, I just wouldn't have picked up and don't have VM or an answering machine.  ANY answer on my end, including a recorded message, indicates to these scammers that there's a live person at the number and they will not give up and sell your number to others.  I have CID on my phone so, if someone I need to talk to calls, I'll be able to see it and call back.  Wake up people - stop answering calls from numbers/callers you don't recognize;  toss the answering machine;  turn off VM.  It has made a world of difference in the number of telemarketing calls I receive.

I hate to tell you, but charities asking for donations are exempt from the Do Not Call List.

If they are calling after 9pm, then file a formal online complaint with the FTC, not the FCC. The FTC, if they get enough complaints, will look into the matter.
