Caller ID says "Wincoming Call"
Hung up, no message

Caller ID said "Marysville WA." My elderly mother answered. It said something about breast cancer survivors. Since she's a survivor herself, she was about to give money! Thank goodness I stopped her! We are on the Do Not Call list. I will be reporting this.

Rec'd a hang up from this number yesterday evening at 8:41PM.

Did not recognize #, did not pick up; answer machine not engaged, caller gets no contact.  It’s annoying but my only option to help curtail these unwanted calls.  It’s incredible lately how much my phone has been ringing.

It is correct that charities and political calls are exempt, BUT they have to obey the dnc registry if recipient asks to be taken off their list.

Secondly, all charity/political calls must display proper caller ID and/or caller MUST identify themselves.

Illegal telemarketing calls disguised as charities violate DNC registry and FCC laws.

And rule of thumb to know if it is a scam...

Why use disposable numbers? Or why when you call back it is a recording to be taken off the list?

If a charity wants your money, trust me, they'll have a call back number and will be reachable, not a recording to be taken off the list.
Be smart folks. Telemarketing scams are the new email spam.

Called with robotic voice wanting donation over the phone SCAM

Came up on id as wincoming call. Someone said something when the voice mail kicked in. Hung up in a few seconds

Breast cancer survivors fund raising.
The number came up as: 113603226800 not available .
I forget,dosen't that 11 prefix mean it's coming from out of the country or something?
Blocked anyway.

Scam cancer charity call, Many times, too many to count.

Showed "Wincoming Call" on the caller ID when the number called. Didn't pick up because I was on the phone with somebody else. No message was left.

Call today, no message left on my phone. but phone ID show Marysville Washington.
left no message. don't you just hate it when they do that?

I answered even though I figured it was some kind of solicitor. (Apparently the Do Not Call List does not do what it claims it does.)  The woman was asking for donations to the Breast Cancer Survivor Charity.  I told her she could send me the information via U.S. mail and she refused so I declined to donate and hung up.

ID now appears as "WINCOMING CALL".

Got call from this number, ID said "Wincoming Call" Very cute. No voicemail message left. It is now on call block.  These things seem to come in groups. Had another just after this one about life insurance. It never ends.

Just got a call from these morons....Picked up my blow horn...THEY GET THE SIREN!

Called @ 1:38 pm. CID said Marysville, WA. No message was left. Scam for sure

Charities are excluded from the state and federal do not call lists, as are political calls, so reporting will do no good.
