Just received a call from this number, and ignored it.

They just called me 5 mins ago on my cell.  Let it go to vm but didn't leave msg.  Thanks to everyone for the info about this scam.  Now need to find out how to block the number.  Would also like to know how they got my cell number.

Ha, just rang and I didn't answer. I was at my laptop and saw this first post before it even went to voicemail. This site is a good service, looks like they are busy scammers today!

I didn't answer this call because I did not recognize the number.  I did a google search on this number.  There are multiple complaints of this number being a scam.  They are calling asking the receiving number to answer 10 questions to win a cruise.  When the recipient from this number tries to call them back a fast busy signal is received.  I did an online research of this number and it is "Port Angeles, WA Cellco Partnership Dba Verizon Wireless - Wa."  I used pipl.com to obtain this information.  Verizon refuses to help me in this matter because I am not a Verizon customer.  This link describes the various complaints received by multiple people.  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-360-460-9278

Just received a call on my cell phone!!!! what a nerve - just hang up.

Got a call form this number a few minutes ago (1437 on 3/23/2012) on my CELLULAR telephone.  It was a prerecorded message that started with the sound of a ship's horn going off and a male voice saying "This is your captain..." .   I hung up at that time.  I have no idea how they got my telephone number.

got a call from this number at 4:38PM EST on 3/23/12. Didn't answer, no message was left.

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number.  I hesitated for a minute and almost answered it, because our daughter and son in law are on their way back to KS from Las Vegas via one of the major airlines, and you never know.......So, I am glad I came on here to see that it is a scam/telemarketer.  If they call once more I can get my cell phone provider to block them.
