Ok so basically if they call us and we don't want them to cause they are a telemarketer or whatever then they have to pay a violation? Did I get that right?

Just got a call on my cell phone - did not answer - no message left.  When I call the number it rings once then it got to a fast busy signal...

while that sounds nice, it's not technically true for these scam calls since they purport to be a survey which is an exempt category from the Do Not Call law.   While these sites are great on identifying scam calls and reassuring people, they also show how many people do not realize that only legitimate businesses are blocked by the law.    I wish the grand and half were true though as these calls are very very annoying.

same here they call nobudy talks I hate that!!!

This number calls me at random times and refuse to answer it i hate dealing last time they called me i was welding and was waiting for a important call reached in to grab the cell phone and about burnt myself.
