    I just got call five minutes ago.. I just changed my number for this reason!!! I even registered my number on DONOTCALL list !!!! what happened!!!!!

    Just got a call from 360-461-3752, I do not know this number so I just hung up. I have been receiving harassing phone calls all week ever since I switched over to Verizon, very weird. I'm about to change my phone number soon if this do not stop.

    Just got called on my Droid Razr and there was a recording saying that I won something and all I have to do is press 1 and answer some questions to claim my prize, I didnt press 1 and just stayed on till they hang up!!
    How the hell do they get my number if I dont give it out to no one!!! I think Verizon is leaking phone #'s out to make more money!!!

    People - you have to realize by now the Do Not Call List is useless. In fact, marketers, bill collectors and other junk callers buy the list to ensure that have good, fresh, numbers. Many of the calls come from overseas so we can't stop them anyway. Another way of giving junk callers your phone number is through services like Facebook. Why do you suppose you have to register a phone and email address?
