I just received a call from this number (360)-477-9456 on my cell phone.  The call shows up as a Washington number.  I did not answer and when I called the number back it rang once and then there was a busy signal.

I did not pick up when cell phone rang.  And I did not call back

I got a miss call with this No.

I just got the call and when I tried to call it back, I got a fast busy signal.

This number just called and didn't leave a message.  After reviewing all your comments I hope they aren't consistent.

Got a call from this number today on my cell number, which I rarely give out.  I didn't answer it, and put it on my restricted list.

They called my cell. Showed as missed call. They also left a voice mail but it was blank. Since I don;t give out the number, it's hard to figure who it would be.

I am glad im not the only one on this. I just got a call from this number and they called a month before. stupid spam!

Please take me off this distribution list - I do not want to receive calls from this number any longer.

the 360 area code is for Whatcom County Washington which is Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley, Bellingham and Blaine (on the Canadian border) area.  Settle is 206.  

I got a call yesterday and did not answer it, they did not leave a voice mail so they were very active on March 6th.  I am from Washington State and the weird noice you hear can be from Canada.  Canada and the US periodically scramble signals so that a phone close to the border can go just plain dead and you will get a weird sound when you try to redial the phone.  Price of security, we need this on the Mexican border.

Just received a call from this number a couple minutes ago; they did not leave a message.  I didn't answer because I figured it would be spam.  And thanks to Google, I see now that I was right!

I love Google and these Notes, i never comment though so thought i would. Blacklist is amazing but dont bother until they try again.

Got a call from this number minutes ago. Answered it waited a moment, said hello. No response then they hung up. Called them back a few times, rings once then goes to busy.

What is this blacklist you speak of?

found call on cell phone with no message. This is two spam calls from two different numbers two days in a row. I must have gotten on a list up there in Washington state
