Just got a call around 11:20 am to my cell phone... when I called it back, I got disconnected too.

Same thing here.  Looks like the number is based out of Seattle, according to our friend, google.

Just received a call from this number.  There was horrible background noise.  I hung up after 7 seconds.  Is there any why someone can hack your phone by you answering the call (maybe I am watching too many syfy movies)?

I got this call too. I have been getting a TON of weird calls from weird numbers in the past few weeks! Whats going on?

Does everyone here have capital one? That could be it!

I don't know who this is but they don't leave a message and when you call back you get nothing but a busy signal.
