- Just Inquisitor| 4 repliesThis is a Collection Agency called Dynamic Collectors. My advice. Make sure you owe a back debt before you say any thing to this collection agency. Check your credit report.

- BigA replies to Just Inquisitor| 3 repliesNo need to check anything as the law explains clearly what they must do:
It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it. You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified. If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file complaints with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

I'm curious as to why they are calling me but I dont need to introduce harassment into my life by answering the phone.
- BigA replies to JustMeI never said that I dealt with them. I simply posted what they are required to do. If you make them follow the law there will be no harassment because they are required to stop calling you. If they do not then you sue them. Of course you can do nothing and enjoy the phone calls because I am sure they will keep trying.
- BigA| 2 repliesYou will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested). Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it. Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it. Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front): http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Also report them here Washington State: http://www.dol.wa.gov/business/collectionagency/colrights.html - Kris50Watch out for Dynamic Solutions, they lie. About 2 months or so ago ,I received a call from them stating that I owe a hospital $48. They wanted my address, social, etc. Wou km don't verify anything for them. Told the woman if she wanted to tell me what info she had, I'd tell her if she was right. She wouldn't.
Next day went out and bought a prepaid money card and put $50 on it. Didn't think much about the bill since I did owe a hospital. Paid it off. Got a bill in the mail from said hospital. Called them, they were "No. You owe $156. Not $48". Glad I got a prepaid card so they don't have my banking info.
Latest, had to change my phone number and guess who is calling me again. Yep Dynamic Solutions. If you call the legit Dynamic Solutions company, they'll have no clue as to what you're talking about.- Caller: Dynamic Solutions

- CJThese guys keep calling me and WON'T STOP! I've answered only to "pretend" I'm my voicemail recording saying "if the number you are calling from is unidentified, you must leave me a detailed message regarding the nature of your call if you want a call back"....they ALWAYS hang up with no info left. I'll block the number and they'll start calling from a different number 🤬. After reading the above comments I'm going to follow the links and report these guys..... I can say with 99% certainty that I've not received any mailings from them, just these phone calls. I have nothing showing in collections from them (or anyone else) on my credit report either!!
- Caller: Dynamic Collections
- CJ replies to BigAThank you Big A for taking the time to post all this info on these guys...Ive Googled them before but couldn't find much more than their name so this additional information is VERY helpful! You can be assured Ill be following those links you've provided to file my own set of complaints!!!
- kristiThey called left no message. Just missed this call several times .

- Paul| 1 replyPlease you guys, check your credit report out before talking to these losers; they’ve probably waisted hours of time on me alone with my robo dialar catching their calls LOL; Like I said these people will try and collect on debts that are no longer valid to credit reporting agencies (meaning if you don’t pay than nothing will show up on your credit score) also; they do collections for old tickets; saying I owe 20$ Left from a 500$ ticket (yeah I have proof I payed that off) from over 10 years ago, I never get anything from the DOL saying I need to pay or anything from any courts saying I owe back pay... I always get my drivers license renewed and tabs without any issues... it would be a waist of time and money to talk to these morons and I never will, they will just keep getting my robo bot; waisting hours and hours of their time!!! .... even writing this message was enough of a waist of MY time ... like I said, these people are leeches, check your credit report before answering them!! Also if you get a letter from them dispute it! Another place called me and I asked to see validation of my debt and they sent me a bill that is 8 years old, not on my credit report that didn’t have my signature anywhere on it .... Most all these places are crooks (when there is a valid debt that can be applied to your credit score, which is only a year or two old I understand, but man).....

- Kitten HeelsThis fake collection agency pulled stunt on us. After we told them that they had the wrong person or persons (We have a common name in the town we live in attached to many businesses)--they called back with a "nigerian scam" pitch within a minute. Obviously they had either pre recorded the nigerian scam message or they themselves are engaging in scammer people. Regardless Credit Counsel Services and American Financial Solutions both say that this caller is a fake.
- Caller: Dynamic Solutions
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Kitten Heels replies to BigAThanks for doing the hard work for us with this scammer. I find it interesting that it is really a married couple who is operating a "scavenger collections" business. We have received a call from both a man and a woman. Next time I will say How are you doing Mr. or Mrs "Klumper" what a !@#$ up last name.....
- Kitten Heels replies to PaulYes something definitely sketch about Mr. and Mrs. Klumper/ Dynamic Collectors.
