these people are scam artist they called my cell phone they leave no msg ..so i called them and someone with a very strong middle eastern accent said they were called american finance and asked if i need a loan the phone seems to be based out of Washington dc...dont give them any information ..!!!!!!!!!!

this number called my phone and left a message stating a law suit was filed against me... called back and they said American finance then wanted all kinds of personal information (if it was a lawsuit then they would have that information).... SCAM......NO DO GIVE ANY INFORMATION....

Started calling me today....2 calls so far. No message.

Just got a call from this number. Says IRS is filing a lawsuit. SCAM.

Got a call from this number at 7:04 a.m. this morning.  Did not answer, no message.  At 11:00 this morning I received another call from the same number.  They left a garbled message about some kind of judgment against me.  They did not mention my name or furnish any other information.  Told me to call 360-637-4717 which is in Aberdeen, WA.  Definitely a scam of some sort.

Got 2 calls today - one just a few minutes ago.  Said the IRS was filing suit against me and for me to call back.  Left no name.

I just got the same call claiming it was the IRS. Definitely a scam.

I have received multiple calls from this number with no legitimate reason.

Juse received a call from that number stating it was the IRS filing a lawsuit.

Yes it is a scam. They claim to be from the IRS and if you fall for it, they will demand payments by credit or debit card.. The IRS does not contact people via  robot calls.

Scam don't call

Caller ID displays "Unknown".  This robo-bum left a message stating that the IRS was filing suit against me. I'm supposed to call them back at 360-673-4717. I'll be sure to do that...right away.   Yeah, as soon as I get my SSN, DOB  and credit card information together so that the transaction can go as smooth as possible for both parties involved. I'd hate to think that I might owe the IRS any money...

Phony call saying IRS was going to sue me. Didn't fall for it. I always check online when a strange call is received.

I received a message on my answering machine today supposedly from the IRS.  I called back and they told me that there was a lawsuit against me on back taxes from the year 2008-2014.  I asked for more info and they told me if i didn't pay it right now they would send a police officer out to my home to arrest me.  I told her I don't have that kind of money in a savings account and i have four children and I started crying.  She told me to shut up!  I was stunned then asked her how do i know this isn't a scam and she said you will find out tomorrow when the police office arrest you and takes you a way in front of your children.  At that point I was so worked up and knew this wasn't right so I started asking more questions and she repeatedly told me I would be arrested if I didn't come up with at least $1,000.00 by 6pm and to call family and friends for the money. I asked her if she took credit cards and she said no, moneygram only and she could help me with that when i called back. She gave me a call back number with her extension.  So, as soon as I got off the phone I called my CPA and they reassured me it was a hoax and that the IRS will never call your home.  So, I called my local police department and asked if I could file a complaint.  They said I can't because the phone numbers are disposable every few days and are originating overseas.  Told me to just ignore the calls and that they are persistent and will probably continue to call me for the next month or so.  So, after all of that and having a chance to calm down i called back the lady from the supposed IRS.  I told her who i was and that i made some calls.  She asked me how much I had for her and I told her what I found out is that the IRS will never call your home and your a crock of [***] and to go ahead and send out the police because I will have my local department waiting.  She hung up and it made me feel so good after what she put me thru!!!

Received a call from 360.637.4717 stating that they were from the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against me. Said it was the last notice and to call back immediately.SCAM IRS does not call and say that they are filing a lawsuit.

I also got a call today from this number saying that IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. I'm going to give it the attention it deserves... none.

This number was on my caller ID (no message) so I called back & spoke with some man with a heavy East Indian accent who identified himself as David William, badge #14863, with the IRS tax auditing dept. After asking for confirmation of my address, he said that legal action was being taken against me for 2008 back taxes. I told him I didn't owe back taxes & that I knew it was a scam & I was going to report him. Of course he hung up at that point. I have now blocked this number but I know they use many different numbers so I suppose the calls will continue. So annoying!

They call my number, left a message about IRS Filling a lawsuit against me... I didn't call them back because I know that when the iRS wants communication with us, they send a letter. Don't call them back, nor give them any information.
