The same happened to me.
I missed the calle, answered and got the message that the number I dialled did not longer excist.
I als live in Holland.

Same for me this afternoon, missed the call, but saw the number, i don't try to call back maybe a trick to dail to a extra charged number so i advised everyone NOT to call back.
Im liveing in the Netherlands.

I rcvd a missed call from two of the numbers mentioned in all the letters above and i did not pick up..i believe it was some kind of scam and i live in beirut, Lebanon

i just got called a few minutes ago by this number : +393193260039
didn't pick up, and now im glad i didn't... although nobody exactly knows what it might entail, it won't be somebody with good intentions on the other side...

i also got the same call at 7.13 this morning.i am in South Africa
so what ever it is its going world wide.

Well all these messages, and seriously no-one with an answer to what happens if you phone this number back....

well same story..they call and hang up as soon as you take the call...I think they want us to call back so they can take our money...well the joke is on them.

We got a call on the 1st of May 2009 from the same number, +393193260028. Did not call back, and according to the above listed suggest not to do so...
