My colleague got a call yesterday evening from the number +393193260011 (the number has appeared here in the reports in several calls at least in the beginning of the year). Unfortunately he called back, heard music.

TÚ SR found that the number has been assigned in Italy, therefore, asked the national regulatory authority. Under the Italian regulator AGCOM (Autorità per le garanzie nelle comunicazioni) the number is +39 3 19x xxx xxx for mobile and personal communications. AGCOM said that number is assigned by Intermatica. Srl TÚ SR asked the company to be thanked for warning of the incorrect behavior of their customers and promised to examine the matter.

got a call from the number same number this morning at 7am...am from caribbean

Today 01.09.2009 at 8:34am I received a call from the following number:

I did not answered it or called back but I google it and found this forum.
I'm from Portugal.

I got a call 7-9-09 at 00:14 am from +3931932600. CAlled back got a strang lady who i did not understand, hung up.
Is there any simularity between all numbers that have been called?
Nowhere there is claimed to be charged extra on their phonebill...

All I got when I called back was an ringing tone; its a fake one as I was charged for 30 seconds.

i have received a call from +393193260038 on my mobile in Bulgaria.
I am absolutely sure this is a swindler schema that works always with the same model which was described in the media in Bulgaria because of having a lot of signal concerning high bills to mobile operators: when trying to answer the call the connection fails. When you give call back the call fails in a few seconds but your bill is charged with amount of about 50 euro.
This is the first time i have received such a call. It is better before answering such a call to check in Internet.
