Same story here... Got a ring from +393193260021 yesterday at 23:50 (!)(Portugal). I never answer unknown number anyway, especially at that hour. Today Googled the number. Apparently, if you call them back, you'll get some answering service, which will cost you about 50$/minute! Be ware!

hi...I'm mitra from india...Even i've got a call from this number? after hearing your comment...I'm like, wht the hell it is? Is it something serious? And on top of that i tried calling back and it speaks something strange...Men, what's going on?

I got a call at about 16:20 today from the number +39 319 326 0026" I am from Hungary, Budapest. It is a company phone, what they called. Unfortuntely I picked up, the "other side" rang once, then line was over.
I googled the number, then I found several pages for my luck.
I called my mobile provider (Pannon GSM in Hungary) for reporting this story.

I didn't call back the number based on the infos I got from the internet.
I hope, the only "picking up" of the phone didn't cost anything.
Could you tell me? (I read, it costs only money in case you call the back")

Please answer, I am bit nervous, please calm me down...Hope, it won't cost any money.

I got a call from the number +39 319 326 0026 at 16:20. I am from Budapest, Hungary. They called my company mobile phone.

I picked up the phone as I am regularly called from foreign countries. Then the line rang once, and then was over.

As I didn't know the number, I googled it, then I found this pages...for my luck.

After finding this infos on the internet I called my mobile provider (Pannon GSM HU) and reported them this case and the number.

So, based on this infos coming from the net, I dind't call the number back. But now I am afraid of having a big invoice. As I read, if you pick up only when they call you, it doesn't cost for you any money, it costs a lot only in case you call them back.

Am I right? Please calm me down, because now I am nervous and afraid of paying a lot because of any idiots.

By the way Pannon GSM customer service told me, the number is from Italy, and the 31 after 39 is Vatican. Who the hell is making such "svindle" even from Vatican, where everything is fully with "be fair in the name of the catolicism" please??? They told, it is a mobile or satellite phone, they suppose...

+393193260012 just called me, at 22:51 in Finnish time, I answered but hang up immediately as there was only that creepy fax(?) sound on the line.

Hello, also I received a phone call from +393193260028. And yes it is an Italian number but is not from the Vatican. The international number for the Vatican is +3906... because it is in the Rome district.
The +3931... is the international number of about 129 small towns in the north of Italy.

I forgot to say that I´m Italian but I live in Finland.

393193260038 Barbados has just joined the list. I had a missed call. The digits were cycled up and my second line rang. Luckily it was my second missed call. No call back made.
