I am on the Do Not Call Registry. This call was a window company a phone solicitation.

North CoUNTry Windows calling me, again. They do not need to know if I own this residence, or not. I told the (female) caller I have no need of their services. I would grass them up, but any authorities couldn't care less.

North windows continues to call. I am on don't call list. Why haven't they been fined!!

Don't believe them.  I told them years ago that I was on the Do Not Call List.  They have told me that 'my neighbor' told them they could call me!  What?  NO!  They are liars and they will not stop calling.  I had their number blocked for a long time then turned off my block the other day and guess who is still calling.  Crazy North Country Windows - that's who!

Calls from this number.  No message left.  I never answered it.

If every person on this thread reported them to the FCC they would be fined for every call.
File a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. If you get a sales call after your number has been on the list for 31 days, complain to www.donotcall.gov, or call 1-888-382-1222; it's toll-free.

Talking CID definitely is a nice feature on my new phone, but even better is Smart Call Blocking. Since I installed the phone 18Oct17, my phone has not rung in response to an unwelcome caller. Not even once! Best $60 (actually $40 on sale) that I've spent in quite a while 😊

Try a coach's whistle - as soon as you figure out it is a telemarketer blow the whistle loud and long into your phone - very satisfying.

A manual answer is required for that, which matters more than loud noises into the speaker do. So what if they got a cannon, gunfire, fireworks, funny car into the speaker, you hurt yourself more, while providing them with a working number that can be passed along to keep your phone ringing.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase

From experience, they (North Country Windows) will continue to call, even if they don't get a manual answer.  I've known some telemarketers, and they wear headsets on their head (so they can't easily pull it away from their ear), and they will not want to call you again if a loud, shrill noise comes through their headset at them.  Most of them will put you into their computer as a do not call, to avoid hearing the shrill whistle through their headset again, whereas a no answer, or a person speaking to them gives them a way to earn money doing as little as possible, which is an incentive for them not to put you on their do not call list.

They keep calling me from this number and have done so for months, I have now added their number to my autoreject list.

I've had the same problem.  I'm on the do not call list, I have told them personally not to call me and have reported them to the BBB as well yet they continue to call.

That person posted here 8 years ago.  Contacting the BBB, which is the most useless, worthless agency on the face of the planet will not solve your problem, not that of anyone else here.  They probably simply sent them a letter telling them that they could get a really good rating if they sent the BBB a lot of money.  You should be sending this company a certified, return receipt letter.  You should be filing a complaint with your State Attorney General, and you should be suing this company.  That will send the message, and the sooner people start doing that, the sooner these places will stop breaking the law.

Just asked them to stop calling for the third time this year!

I complain to the BBB it stops for about 8 months then starts again. I report to donotcall.org nothing happens, BBB.org seems to atleast get under their skin. Maybe if we all report them? Their people act like I didn't tell them to stop calling the day before when I talked to a different rep.. so slimy it makes me sick.Totally unsolicited and inappropriate, on the verge of buying ad choices to advertise against companies that behave like this..

I have received several unwanted calls from this number.  I don't answer the calls, and they never leave a message.
