Just reported them to the FTC *again*. They’ve been calling us multiple times a year for more than 10 years now. I would never use these harassers (and yes, it is harassment to continue to call when you’ve been asked to leave us alone) to put windows in my house. They can’t follow simple instructions, or the law, so why would I trust them to be able to do anything else correctly?

Called this afternoon. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I have blocked this number several times and my call blocker says it is a repeat number so why doesn't the call get blocked?

These individuals window scammed me in 2005. Luke Russel and his family change of window businesses are crooks. Funny thing is they continue to call me for business. They will say it must of been the proir owners. I had them investigated. They are known for also interstate fraud. The manufactoring company they ordered my windows from also sued.
