This is a spam call

No one on the line. But when a googled the number it has several hundreds of complaints

Calls show up in my screen as SPAM. They have called and wanted the owner in the past. They have been told to not call us anymore. They do not listen and do not care.

Just adding to the list. Never even heard the call because I was in another room. They didn't leave a message.

I get calls from this number from time to time and it always comes up as Data Axle from Omaha, Nebraska.  Since I don't know the number, I never answer and they never leave a message so I know from that it's a spam or phishing call.  I just thought it was interesting that my caller ID has a different name than everyone else's on this thread.

This number called our office no. and I put it through voicemail.
Good thing I checked here if anyone else got this number to see what type of call  it is.

Like everyone else, called my phone at work and when you answer it, they hang up.

How are these people allowed to use this number for so many years? So many violations, they should be financially ruined and in prison by now. Our government is doing nothing about this.

Since the call is from a company that sells to businesses then there are no regulations.  If you don't like it you can always try to sue them yourself instead of expecting someone else (the gub'mint) to do it for you.

It is a robot fishing call.  Scam, do not answer, nobody on the line.

Returned to the desk and saw 1 missed call from INFO USA.

Answered with hello.... and was hung up.

Calls once a month for two years, never leaves a message.

Call from express update.

They didn't bother leaving a voicemail

Caller ID read, "Express Update" - live caller with a Filipino accent spoke really fast.  She asked if she had reached  this organization.  I responded by asking who is calling.  Caller said she is Express Update, to update business information for on-line search engines and she asked, again, if she had reached this organization.  I asked for the address of Express Update.  She said, "Excuse me?"  The conversation deteriorated; she did not get any information from me and I did not get anything - other than a few seconds entertainment - from her.
