This appears to be a call from the Calgary Health Region. It appeared on my phone when a Calgary hospital tried to contact me. This should be a safe number.

Received my third call from this number and picked it up this time. It was the CHR doing a survey. I told them that I was not interested and to remove my number from their list. Caller replied that she would remove my number from her list, but that is all that she had access to.

Two calls tonight, no one on other end but line is open.  I had a recent surgery and wonder what this might be.  Yes, it is Calgary Health Region and when you call back it says "unable to ID area trying to reach you or yu may call area you have been dealing with".  I will follow up during business hours.

I've received about 8 of these calls in the last couple of weeks but they never leave a message. Glad to hear it's probably just someone from the CHR just doing a survey.

twice a night for three weeks though gets a little much even for a good cause.

So good to hear that it is just to do surveys. Had a blood test done and thought maybe they found something abnormal. Went to see the doctor and everything was good. Pheww!! Still wonder what the survey is about though.

I received 3 calls from this number! very WEIRD. Whoever is organizing this STUPID survey. PLEASE be more sensitive towards this type of issue. NO ONE wants be be receiving such calls.
Horrible way to proceed with a survey. I will actually complain formaly about this with Alberta Health Services.

Turns out it was a call from the sleep centre.  They wanted to book my long-awaited appointment.  They actually left a different number for me to call back, so I assume the 403-944-3260 is the general outgoing number for certain units in the Foothills hospital.

Phone Number is in call pool at foothills. Could be from any unit there.

This is a general number from foothills hospital that shows up on called ID. The reason for this is because some patients have their numbers set to block all private numbers (which is what every other foothills phone number is) and so staff aren't able to reach these patients. So when anyone from an office at foothills dials out this is the number that will show up on caller id. It's not necessarily the survey. If you see at doctor there and are receiving calls from this number I'd suggest you follow up with your doctor's office number just to be safe.

Called me three times in one morning, during a storm. I called back thinking it was an emergency and it said it couldnt find the location of my call?
They called a forth time and asked for jack...

I just completed the survey, which dealt with Seasonal Flu and H1N1.  Questions like did I plan on getting a flu shot this year?  Did I get one last year?  Etc...

I got this call and told them I wasn't home. Strange since i"ve never been to Calgary in my life...I'm in Edmonton...

They just said, "Sorry wrong number!" Then I got an email that said this number found my name on the Psychology Today (PT) website - strange. (PT tracks this for me.)

This is the main Foothills number.  It's the number that shows up on call display when anyone from the hospital calls - could be anyone from a researches, to volunteer, to doctor, to any service they offer.  This number never leaves messages due to patient privacy.  It is a safe number though.
