Patients can use this number to call from ! I got a call from my father who was in the Foothills Hospital from this number. So it is not just a survey!!!!

It was a call from Calgary Health Center to book an appointment for my wife - so not just surveys !!

It is CHR but unlike the other ones it was Foothills Hospital calling - my spouses grandmother had a heart attack - so sometimes it could be the hospital

A so called emergency for a Christine Rodrigues at 1:35 am somone is playing a harssment game and I wish to lodge a complain1

I got a call from this number today. Left a message for someone named Jen. Wrong number apparently.

We received a call from this number too. The call was from our Specialist's office in Foothills Hospital.

Thanks to the person who mentioned it could be a call from Foothills hospital. If you are already seeing a Specialist or if you are awaiting for an appt. from a Specialist the call is from that Doctor's office.

This number has called my home phone almost everyday. Today it has called me at least 4 times within the hour. When I answer, no one replies. I only hear a beeping noise.

If it's a beeping noise, what's happening is that someone has mistakenly entered your number in to a fax machine. It's a "wrong number", but a fax machine is usually set up to try three or four times before giving up, in case the first few times the line is busy (a fax machine can't tell between a wrong number and a busy signal).

I suggest you try calling this number and advising that their fax machine has been phoning you, to give them your number, and ask them to make sure they correct their files in case their number is wrong on the fax cover.

A very aggressive series of calls in a 15-minute period from this otherwise unidentified number. It was Alberta Health (Foothills Hospital) but the person sounded and acted as if they were calling from the psych ward.

Be extremely cautious they could be violent if provoked based on their conduct on the phone in conveying routine medical test results.  

While calling and calling, refused (perhaps rightly so for privacy reasons) to leave a recorded phone message. Kept calling and calling various numbers until the call was answered but only after I checked on this wonderful site to determine who the caller was.

This is the GI clinic in Calgary...booking appointments for a specialist. Not a telemarketer.

I called this number back and it was from Alberta Health Services.

Yup random survey from health services. Put the money towards health care and stop doing surveys.

Forzani & McPhail Colon Cancer Screening Centre Foothills Medical Centre [AHS].  Calls if you have appointment, or MD has requested appointment for Colonoscopy.  Should not be survey unless you have been involved in the CCSC.

A lady call me from that number and she is rude in attitude, she has no manner...............

This number is a nutcase.

This number has shown repeatedly over the several weeks,  sometimes 2x day. I do not know who would be calling from Calgary nor is it likely to be a "Foothills" number that the hospital would use.
