Well Georgia seems to be the countries second capital for criminal debt collectors.  Unfortunate because it is a beautiful state and the people there are wonderful.  My uncle was stationed there at Fort Benning, went to visit him.  He was a Green Beret at the time when they were the elite.

Yes BigA, Georgia is a beautiful state. My wife was born & raised there. Our primary home isn't in GA but we have a horse & cattle operation less than two hours east of Atlanta. Atl. is the problem with GA. The metro area is chock full of every type of shyster known to man & more migrate there daily. Thankfully, the local & state LE have been cracking down on them & there is a well established network of "locals" who know how to turn the screws. Once a fraud is on the radar in the area that fraud knows it's time to move on. He does, and then pops up again somewhere else. But, those frauds are finding that the processes are happening faster now. Some of those frauds are finding that out too late. Over the last couple of years things have been happening to frauds in the Atl. area that aren't happening to frauds in other places as regularly. Arrests, prosecutions, seizures...and worse. The rest of the country needs to catch up. Particularly in places like Buffalo & Charlotte.
    Live Well.

Yes it is.  He was over in Germany for a long time, then came back to the states.  Got some training there, paratroop i think (I know he hated it) and then did 3 tours in Nam.  Made it up to a Light Colonel.

Well I guess the US Government has decided to hire people who have no comprehension of the English language, as evidenced by your post.  Again, what information did I post that was "invalid" (your own words)?  May facts are extremely straight, and the only one who has hung themselves is you.

Better shut up and start cracking in your own backyard, then, Lora Henry Patrick Tiffany Hayes Daniels Sapp Malone.

Poor thing, anything over 140 characters gives you such a rash, especially when it empowers people to use the laws you break every day.

You need to describe how you were served.
A phone call is not "being served"
An email is not "being served"
A letter with a vague description of the debt is not "being served"
Yeah, Gunnar was asking for a bit too much.
I don't care about the summons number or the docket number - so I will shorten the list :

We are asking for the name and business address of the debt collector that had you "served",
And we know shills for scammers never provide this information.
We are asking for the name of the court and where it is located.
And we know shills for scammers never provide this information.

    Eh, figures.
Your posts are a pathetic attempt to discredit real information.
Law enforcement investigators NEVER come on this website and make statements like that.
That's how we know you are a shill, or someone who actually calls people to scam them.

Total clap-trap.  You actually expect us to believe that nonsense?  "They processed my case to Cobb county" is utter nonsense.  County governments have nothing to do with enforcing private debtor/creditor arrangements.  You're fooling no one.

These clowns were spotted immediately. A more inept bunch is hard to find. It would take a very naïve person to fall for their scam & they know it, so they're going to do everything they can think of to "grease the wheels". Luckily, thinking is not their strong point so they thought that trying to shill here might help. We're all seeing how well that's working out for them...
It's apparent that this site is taking a chunk out of their "take". That's always refreshing. It's nice to see that what we do has an effect. More "effects" might be coming in the future. I have a hunch about this bunch. A certain "rotund" individual with ties to WNY, and currently residing just east of Atlanta, may be behind this crew. If so, the writing's on the wall. Perhaps the Shill with the "gov't. connections" can find what I'm speaking of. I doubt it. I don't think he'll even try. They're going to be too busy packing up their "office"...
    Live Well.

Well folks, this thread deserves an award. In just ten days we saw a number reported, exposed, shilled & "BUSTED". It doesn't get much better than that and things like this remind us that what we do here make a difference!
