Called 1/12/2017.  No message.  Blocked.

Robocall from Kemper and Associates scam bill collector, another fake lawsuit scam.  They want your credit card number and refuse to send anything in writing.  Nice try, bottom feeders.

message stating that they needed me to call back regarding a potential legal matter. yeah right

Paid this in 2011 and when she asked for me to send proof I said NO! I don't need too it was paid! It's not even on my credit report! See you in court is what I told her she said oh no I'll write this right on here! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

It was a scam call trying to get money that you do not owe

Same comments as the rest.  Does anyone know who/how to report this??

This Scammer may also be going by the name for Delanor, Kemper and Associates.  Under either name, these appear to be Phony Debt Scammers who work by trying to get their victims to pay debts that are either old Pay Day Loans that have been been paid off, or by creating and claiming Phony Debts that never existed.

Do not return calls to these crooks!  A phone call, voicemail, an e-mail or a fax are not NOT legal notice of a debt.

If you called by mistake, why would anyone want to "give you a call"? Besides, "barbj" didn't exactly sound like it was a simple mistake, so what is it your trying to say here?

I think if the company was real you would have MUCH better grammar than that!

Why is the Kemper & Associates I found --1.an advertising company...2. a  survey company...3. a group of architects??  Maybe if we had your physical address we could find you.  Would it be that your company is actually Delanor Kepler & Associates??  Why only give part of the name?
