    This number repeatedly calls my elderly mom trying to scam her out of her house by making a low ball offer. It scares her that someone wants her house so bad. They have definitely crossed the line into harassment.

    Why does this man keep trying to buy my house when it's not for sale? I am not going anywhere and I tell him no and he keeps calling to try and buy it anyway. I thought  there were laws to protect me from this kind of harrassment.
