This is BH Networks. The [***] who called asked for some girl. I said this is my cellphone, I am not her, I am already a customer and take this number off your call list. He said "I'm sorry, I can do that for you." Well, the calls keep coming. My next task is to email the top two or three level managers at their main Orlando address. Just have to look on the internet and do a little snooping around and I'll get the right names and email addresses. I will tell them I am an attorney and am asking for the company to cease and desist calling my number. I will also tell them this is their only notice they will get from me and to govern themselves accordingly. I will let them know also that my next action will be to write an official cease and desist letter and file a complaint with the Attorney General in Florida. Sounds really over the top, but don't bother wasting your time asking over and over again to be removed from the call list and talking to supervisors who only make $2 more an hour than the $10 an hour person calling you. Companies understand one thing right away and that is the well versed threat of legal action. Don't say you're calling your attorney because they here that all the time. Lay out your steps and follow through if you have too. But say it to the right people to get immediate results.

Calls phone at least 6 times a day and never leaves message.

I have received a few phone calls from this number and when I call back it says that this is a inactive phone from Brighthouse ???????, so why they keep on calling????

I've been called 4-6 times every day for the past 2 wks. There is no message left, and I don't answer calls from unknown parties. This is a disgusting, rude, disrespectful and extremely HARRASSING business practice on the part of Brighthouse. No wonder so many people I know have told me their horror stories and their subsequent cancelling of their account. Is there NO SHAME??? I called and was told I was put on their do not call list - what; hold my breath? Guess I'll wind up calling back and giving them a bogus phone number...NOW WHERE'S THAT CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT LIST?

Brighthouse says they do not have a calling list.  Who is calling and why does Brighthouse claim to not know who is making these calls?  When this number calls me, I get hung up on.

this number has called me several times in the past few days and it's getting annoying.

They just called me at 9pm at night and woke me up. They weren't even gracious enough to answer their phone.  I will never ever purchase from Brighthouse again.  We are switching to AT&T right away!

I get calls every 15 minutes from 407-215-8000.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize, but no one leaves a number.  Whoever owns the number is PUSHY, INCONSIDERATE and cannot be up to anything but no good!

I meant to say in the post above that no one leaves a message; just irritating calls every 15 minutes and even while I am at work.

I got the same calls today...5 times.  I called brighthouse and they claim they know nothing.  I also followed up with a email.  My thought is, if it is not them, brighthouse has the bucks and know how to pursue these people since it is causing them to lose business.

All I get, is an entry in my caller ID. No bells in phone.

This number has been calling me for the last 3-4 days, about 4-5 times day. Yesterday it called me at: 12:33pm, 3:37pm, 5:39pm, 7:33pm and 8:42pm. This is really annoying. I have answered it once, and nobody said anything. They just hung up after a few seconds of silence. I am a BrightHouse customer, and have been for years. This is the first time ever having this problem.

I have received the same calls every day. Some people even said that it is a disgruntal employee, but then it should be easy to follow and discover.

I have calls showing on my "Missed" call list going back to Nov. 14, at least.  I do not answer calls with no name and they do not leave a message.  I've just been ignoring them, but decided to look it up after the call woke me up this morning. The really annoying part of this is that if it is a Brighthouse telemarketer, I am only a customer by default as my ISP is Earthlink. using their cable,  I don't want to cancel because of the long-standing relationship I have with Earthlink.  I've had my email address for almost 10 years and am not at all inclined to change it,  I'll just keep ignoring the call as it really doesn't cost me anything- I have so many rollover minutes, that I I"d have to use my regular minutes plus the same amount of rollovers for 6 months or more....

Just received a call from this #...Hope it doesn't become a habitual thing. I just signed with brighthouse.
