No answer then hang up

it happened because when i said hello no one responded!!!!!!!!

Brighthouse called me already twice from this number today and did not leave a message as to why. After 10 minutes on hold when I called back to find out, it turned out to be the solicitation department that wanted to sell me a higher internet connection speed--very annoying!

How does one sound hot?

I just got a call about 130 on a Monday. it rang twice I picked it up. it was as if my voice activated something. the line immediately disconnected.  Caller ID simply showed 407 – 215 – 8000.  I am a bright house customer that they didn't say anything.

no more phone calls

Normally when somebody calls up, and you say your name three times, and they never respond, then it's typically a robo dialer and some con artist trying to scam you out of money.

Picked up and nobody there.

Called. left no message. caller ID reads "Brighthouse Net"

hey called twice. i am in st petersburg and brighthouse office is less than a mile away. when i called them back to see what they want, they guy could not speak good english, i told him i wanted to talk to someone that spoke good english and he hung up on me. Since they sold out I hear Charter is not any better.

Yes it's brighthouse but the plan they offer is different then brighthouse. .they were offering 150 mb for 39 dollar but bright house said it's 75 mb ...only for that price but you will be upgraded in end of Jan to 100mb because everyone will be ...still 50 mb extra what is it ...
