Received the same threatening phone call as reported by others. I did not answer because caller used vague threats "we will be forced to turn you over to the legal department" blah blah blah. I have no idea what "debt" the guy on the phone was referring to. Clearly sounds like a phishing scam. Filed complaint with FTC, providing Michael Phillips name and phone number. If you want to file a complaint, it takes less than 5 minutes and you don't have to give your personal info if you don't want to. Here's the link to file online:

i THINK THEY ARE WORKING WITH THE NUMBER 757-447-3771 AMONGST OTHER NUMBERS OUT OF VA BEACH ITS A TERRIBLE ANNOYANCE.. TERRIBLE.. THEY START AT 7:30am DAILY AND THREE AND FOUR TIMES A DAY....I REFUSE TO ANS.. BC THEY NEVER EVER LEAVE A MSG.. WELL I TAKE THAT BACK YES ABOUT SOME DOCUMENTS THEY TRYING TO DELIVER.. I DONT CARE WHAT THEY TRYING TO DELIVER.. THIS IS HARRASSMENT!!! I WANT IT TO CEASE AND DESIST CALLING ME ASAP!!

I received the same call and I knew it was a scam. I work for the federal courts and attorney offices don't run their businesses like these guys. I reported this to the United States Marshal Office.

They are calling my place of employment.. leaving the same message as all the others..

Got the same message on my cell phone and I just got this new number and its a pre paid cell phone.....

Just got off the phone with michael after finding out why he is calling he expressed rudely that because I filed bankruptcy my debt still aplied and that my past debt/loan was a two week payday loan not a two year loan and I should have it paid off and now it will cost me over $3, 000.00 if I don't settle for 300 right now. Lol what a crapy scam they need to come up with somthing new

I got the same messages as everyone else here.  A Michael Phillips with Andrew Cohen and Associates about an undeliverable document.  If I don't call back he will send the document to their legal department.  I just filed a complaint with Florida General Attorney's office.  I've had similar calls before with some guy named Zimmerman with Gregory Adams.  Do these guys get paid for every call they make or what?  Very annoying.

Glad I researched this number . Just the sound of the recording is Micky Mouse . I put a block on them from calling back . I also don't answer calls that I don't recognize ... my phone is for me and ppl I know .

I've been receiving these same calls for over a year. They stop for a month or so then start up again with the same message but from a different "firm". I've actually answered when they call but it was a recording. Every time I said hello, the recording would start over. It's clearly a phishing scheme and there should be a way to get it to stop, but I don't know how, so I just try to ignore it.

I just received a call from this number recording said he was with Hanigan and associates. I just hung up.

Got the same call as above from Michael Phillips, Andrew Cohen (or Cohn) and Associates. The undeliverable documents riff. Doesn't say what it's about.  When I googled the number 407-792-0420 my first listing was 800 Notes, nuff said. I'll file an FTC complaint. Peace Out

Same call and left voicemail to contact. they say I owe them 1300$ for a bad check seven years ago

Here is what everyone can do. First, file a complaint with your states Attorny General's Office and also with
Florida's attorney general's office. Second, contact your local police and give them the phone number and let them call. Either of these should put a stop to these calls.

Received the same call with the same message as everyone else.  Calls come in on my cell phone which is on the Do Not Call registry.  These calls are quite annoying and every time I see a Florida number pop up I just disregard it.  Good thing I don't live in FL!

Got the same message as other -- he did not say who he was trying to reach (i.e., didn't use my name), just that it was his first contact related to documents that were unable to be delivered (hello...I have a mailbox right in front of my house!), and to call back Michael Phillips at Andrew Cohen & Associates at 407-792-0420.  The call came in from 561-293-4298 on my caller ID to my cell phone.

Got the same message sa Jay above.  Called twice on the number they left and the number the call came from and both times blocked my number calling them, thank goodness.  Once got hung up on when I would not give my phone number, then an Adam Turner hung up on me for same reason.
