I am being served a summons he says because I won't pay the money he say I owe from a check from 7 years  ago.

Make sure you all know that this company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and they are probably calling to scam you. If you do have a debt that they mentioned contact the company you have the debt through directly and go through them to find out the name of an accredited debt collections agency. DO NOT Pay!!

The company also goes by the name of Gregory Adams & Associates based in Florida, and also go by the name of Allied Financial Group & Associates. The Gregory Adams and Associates name is the name on the Better Business Bureaus website and towards the bottom of the page it mentions the other names that the company goes by.

I have been receiving phone calls from Andrew cohen and assocs also. My hassle specialist is josh woods.  He said they were wanting to get my address so I could be supeoned. He said I would be charged with failure to appear. Thanks to t his site I found out who they really are. They called me from an 877# but I callled the # from this site and pushed the same ext# and they same person answered j osh woods.

all you guys sound like real con artist you owe money to someone and when they want it back its a scam, rediculous you should be ashamed that someone helped you out in your time of need, and u basicaly spit in there face after.... no one likes to pay bill but its a part of life.. grow up and stop making excuses.... be adults ladies and gentleman...

These people are not just calling and calling because you don't owe anything. Obviously you have some debt out there..>They may not be the most professional but they will work with you if you stop dodging the phone calls. I avoided them for months, finally answered and have been paying 50 bucks every two weeks for a few months. Almost paid off, they are just doing there job like anyone else. PAY YOUR BILLS...They will stop calling.

ANOTHER "pay your bills" shill.  Newsflash - all of the people writing here don't OWE anything.  Obviously you didn't get the memo that tells you scammers call people all the time.  So, no sweetie, no one is going to pay a bill they don't owe.  And by the way, it's up to the alleged debt collector to MAIL proof that someone owes a debt to them - otherwise, per federal law, no one should pay them!
