I just called another of their numbers...
Guy answers "Merchandise Pickup" and I ask why I'm getting so many calls when I've made it clear they need to stop calling.

"I don't have no control over that....and the office is closed."

Mr. Intelligent could NOT provide the number for said office.

Keep calling and leave no message.  How do I get my telephone number removed from their system?

These people have been calling me every day for almost a month, but I never pick up the phone.  You'd think they would give up after a while, but I guess they're not that smart.

There is no apparent connection to the American Red Cross.  The website does not draw that connection.  This organization sells donated items in bulk to local thrift stores operated by non profit charitable organizations.  There is not even the required posting that this organization is itself a non-profit.

I get a call from this number at least once a day.  After viewing the comments here I went on the American Red Cross website and searched for the number.  This company is indeed associated with the Red Cross, though it is not the Red Cross.

They called me at 9 PM last night, but caller ID just said "Unavailable", which is odd because I have been getting a lot of calls from "Merchandise Pic".  They have been calling for weeks.

Called - didn't answer because I don't know anyone at that number.  From the other reports, sounds like clothing pickup for the Red Cross.  We do not accept any calls from people who call us from unknown numbers and/or names

Another company who thinks it Ok to call and harass whoever they feel like. Anyone who donates to this company is hurting us all. They are legit and associated with the Red Cross but are going on my blocked list as a spammer.

Called again.  This time the CNAM was 14078547180

Rec'd yet another call from this #; caller ID said MERCHANDISE PIC.  Did not leave a message as usual.  TIRED of these calls!  & I do not live near Orlando, where this call originated!

I hate these people. They call almost daily and at all hours of the day. Red Cross you say? SHAME ON THE RED CROSS. After all the crap they've been accused of and mismanagement, I have no desire to support them in anything. The one good thing is I'm motivated to support my local charities just to snub the Red Cross.

They call many times/week and at all hours of the day - before 9AM and as late as 9PM. They never leave a message. Calling back gets you to "Charity  Clothing Pick up." I called back and cussed them out with the most vulgar things I could think of. I tried calling again and each time I do, I get a busy signal. Perhaps they've blocked my number from their system!! :-D

WHY do these people call me all across the state for clothing pick up?  We give locally & we NEVER give to anyone who calls like this, constantly and even after we have politely asked them to take us off their list.  So BUG OFF, people!!!!!!!!

They called me tonight at 8:25PM.  They keep calling again and again, but I never pick up the phone.

This organization calls almost daily and all hours. They collect donations to auction to thrift stores supposedly to benefit Paralyzed Veterans of America and American Red Cross. How much goes to these organizations is anybody's guess as I assume these folks don't do this gratis. The veterans group has an F rating for veterans charaties. Check Clark Howard's website and Charitywatch.gov.

These are scammers. Nothing to do with Red Cross. They collect clothes then ship them off to countries like the Phillipines and sell them. Some of them will buy your old stuff for a penny a pound and then ship them off to other countries. Do not encourage these scammers. Get calls every single day, and sometimes 2-3 times a day. Have a call log to prove it.
Called them a year ago and told them to stop calling, insted the calls were made every day after that.
