These types of scammers will go to great lengths for a pay off. They can make web sites and set up locations to mkae themselves appear legit.... , but if they were they would NOT be calling. I received a call from this same number several times and stated their name was Judge Juarez.  They will use any name to try and scare you.

I've received multiple calls from this number harassing me about an apartment I have not been accountable for for over two months. This is a huge scam, do not reveal any personal information!

Leaving RUDE and UNWANTED statement's

A call came in from 407-895-7100 a few days ago, I asked for the name of business this female was calling from, her response was "it is prohibited by law for me to reveal this information"...end of conversation, click!

So, I too have been getting calls from these people. Of course I would ignore the call but at the time I was texting and the next thing I know they were on the other line. The very first thing they asked me was for my last 4 digits of my social security number and without a doubt, I said hold on, went to my Dad and told him who was on the phone and what they asked for. Now my Dad is police officer for the governor and so he told me never to give my Social or bank account info or anything like that over the phone so without doubt again, I hung up. I think on my part that was a smart thing to do. Of course they left a message and of course I am never going to answer them. Then they called again and I didn't answer but that time, when I didn't answer, they called my Dad and he didn't answer and they left a message and said his name wrong. Not only that but when we received mail from them they spelled his name wrong on the envelope but was addressed to us. I'm just taking a wild guess here but if they spell your name wrong, you don't have to do anything right? I need to know how to get rid these people or an email address from these people would be nice so I can email them. Any lawyers out there? I'm a college student and I can barely pay for tuition and the apartments I am with scammed me anyway in my opinion. They told me they would try to help, they didn't, they harassed me about renewing my lease and are still doing that. Where do I file a complaint? Anyway, these people need to leave me and my family the heck alone or I'll just call the governor. End of Story :)

I received a phone call from Lisa Bell in the attempt to collect a debt, I paid half the balance and then discovered she still reported me to the credit bureaus within the same month, for the remainder. She has since called several times all hours of the day requesting the remainder of the debt. She refuses payments only wants full balance due. Every phone call she is rude screaming and threatening the credit bureau and 7 to 10 years. I have since called a lawyer and have informed her I know my rights and she is harassing me and it will not be tolerated. She hung up on me. lol

Same as above notes. This Company called my Mother and this nasty woman named nicole was rude and disrespectful to her and was asking for me and not giving no information about what it was about.  She then hanged up on her. The night before I got a call from a woman at my " job" but we got cut off and now I know it was her. I called today to see what this was all about and it has to do with a lease from an apartment I used to live in and I was forced to move due to job transfer and I did let the office know about it and even gave them a letter informing them of my situation. I just don't understand why this apartment complex has hired this low life company for collection!  They are uneducated people, rude, and even stupid!! Because by law you are not allowed to call peoples job!!  It's called " HARASSMENT" Who knows If I sue I just might be the new Owner of this company and then I will  have the pleasure of firing this so call nicole!!!  Oh by the way my Attorney say I have a case! That was great news for me.

There is a woman from this company that keeps calling the house.Someone would have-maybe-called her back,except no one can hear what she is saying and half of it sounds like it might be another language.

I received two calls this morning, back to back, within 5 seconds of each other.  How rude!!! She left two messages, and when I called back, she claimed I owed on an apartment I had moved out of 45 days ago. The apartment guy who did the final inspection had said, "Don't worry, I am sure your deposit will cover any expenses." I also had an additional $25. on the account. When I refused to give my SSN, she raised her voice at me, then threatened me stating "Oh well, you will find out about this when we put a negative mark on your credit report". I instantly let my husband know (who had also received two calls from the same # and his name wasn't even on the lease), who told me to write a letter stating it is invalid and to cease and desist.  Also, send a letter to the apartment complex management office.  I immediately did both, and am sending them both out "signature required".  I am also filing complaints with the FTC and the Florida AG office.
I have a credit score of 795. I have worked hard to get it there after being married to a scumbag who ruined my credit. I will be damned if another scumbag is going to come along and ruin it again for me. If I ever hear from them again, either by letter or phone call, I will be contacting an attorney and suing.

I have just filed a complaint against them with the BBB.  If everybody did that, maybe we could shut them down.

What the average person does not know is that United States civil courts are run on the Commercial Code. This is contract law. Therefore, if you do not have an agreement signed by YOU AND a representative from the company or person collecting the money, then you owe them NOTHING because you have no contract with them. End if game. It's one big joke and it works because most people do not know the law.

A Lisa bell from Southern management called looking for someone I knew she wouldn't tell me why.just it was personal..she tried to trick me into giving her my friends number.

75 yr old getting calls for someone else.  They are verbally abusive & disrespectful toward her.

I moved out of an apartment almost a year ago.  I gave the complex my phone number, which has not changed and a forwarding address to make sure that I would receive the final bill for any cleaning fees and what not.  I have not received anything in the past 9 months so I assumed that my security deposit covered the cost of any outstanding charges and went about my merry way.

Today, on the last day of 2015 I get a call from Southern Management Systems, the woman on the phone called herself Brook Mahogny.  She told me that she was calling in regards to an unpaid debt for that apartment that I thought was taken care of.  The entire time we were on the phone her headset was going in an out and it sounded like we were in a wind tunnel.  She would ask me to verify my address or some other information and every time I would try to answer she would interrupt me.  Then she asked me if I had Brian's number who is also on the account for owning the debt (my fiance) and I told her no I didn't.  After all of her initial unprofessional mannerisms she has the audacity to ask me if I was even the least bit concerned about this and if I actually wanted to take of the matter or not.  I chuckled and hung up the phone.

Hi, I am in a similar situation and I'd like to know.. how did you get this debt off your record? Southern Management apparently doesn't send out statements proving that you paid, right? But without the statement, a landlord most likely won't let you rent an apartment. please let me know how you handled that. I would really appreciate it!
