There's no hope of getting these people to stop.  They're the lowest of the low.  They've been calling us every day for months.  Sometimes they leave a message, the other times they're just cowards and hang up.

1-407-903-3300. They keep calling me and asking for Bryce. I've told them to stop and they did for about a week. Just got called again.

I will admit it was rather annoying the calls that i was receiving from this number. But i did answer the other day, it was Kaplan university. I simply told them i wasn't interested and the calls stop. Sometimes taking a moment and answering the phone is all it takes.

Gotten about 100 calls in the last week from these so called "colleges" I tell them over and over to stop calling my phone they have the wrong person.
i've reported them to the FCC and you can file complaints with www.donotcall.gov which I have done.
Unfortunately the only thing I think we can do it to put our phones on "restrict" incoming calls to contacts only. When I do this, I feel like I'm stranded on a desert island! Doesn't seem fair, but it does work. A warning, they start calling as SOON as you allow "all calls". I wish my carrier had the option to block individual unwanted calls but it doesn't.
As a last resort, when they keep calling, just open your phone and promptly hang up.
I've screamed, I've yelled, I've pleaded for them to stop calling but it has been NON STOP when my phone is off restriction.
I'm beginning to think that someone pulled a nasty prank on me.
Whoever you are and you did this to me... curses to you and it will catch up with you eventually.

I keep getting calls from this number for 'Rochelle'. I don't even know a Rochelle, and they were talking about something in Phoenix, Arizona. I told them to knock it off quite a few times, and still, the calls never cease. It's getting quite annoying, pretty much driving me to the brink of insanity. The calls just randomly came one day, and they never ever go away.

I just signed up online requesting information about Kaplan college. I will never consider going to school at Kaplan for this reason: I just got a phone call, sounded like the person is saying "help me, help me", some background noise too. They have prankster's working for them, obviously. I returned the call and no answer. Who wants to go to a college that has this going on at their call center? Not I, Not I. This helps narrow my choice of colleges.

kaplan university are so obnoxious! they keep calling. one guy called me while i was on the interstate driving back home to georgia from wisconsin...i told him i was driving through a busy chicago and that it was kinda snowing and he kept talking...the guy even flirted with me...and talked to me for like an hour and a half!!!! mostly about nothing just asking me if i came to chicago often, if i ever went to this place or that place and all that jazz...he was relentless! lmao...they never stop...ever! err...these people really need to get a life!

Kaplan University, they are persistent and no, they don't care about any 'do not call' lists. They will batter you with a variety of 800, 888 and clone numbers. And if you do answer, nothing there, or 'hold please' before it hangs up. 800-694-2213 at 1:28pm and I let me FAX go off on them, however, 1:32pm a few minutes later, guess what, 407-903-3300 with Kaplan Univ in the Caller ID. I get 1-4 calls from them a day, and simply let my FAX go off in their ear. No one in my family is interested in their online crap or whatever amount of money they wish to share with me from their glorious riches in Nigeria either. If you have a FAX, simply switch it over if they call so they get a earful of it, or buy a cheap air horn to blast the phone when you do answer their call, that works well. Won't get them to stop calling but at least give you a little satisfaction. Good luck with Kaplan Mugu University.

I have told these ppl to stop calling me! That I wasn't interested in their school!! What does it take to stop these guys? They even butt dial me I know that coz it will go until it hits my voicemail & u can here them talking 2 someone else & also between their coiworkers & they say some preety nasty stuff about us callers! I have saved this last call and I. Should let the better business org. Hear what they are saying, but if they stop calling me I won't do it.

DON'T Fill out any online applications for KAPLAN UNIVERSITY!!! They call non-stop and very aggressively several times a day at weird hours and even at night. When they do call just be very plain and clear and tell them you are not interested and to immediately remove you from their call list.

Fact is both Devry and Kaplan charge about twice as much per credit hour than community colleges.  They do NOT display or provide their pricing on line, you have to talk to them to get pricing information, then it becomes a sales game - it is disguised as an "admissions process".  There are plenty of community colleges with appropriate accreditation.  I was just curious as to cost of these heavily advertised schools.  Their rates are extremely high and as the writer indicated, their value is questionable.
 
I just hang up on them - run their bill up.  I let them talk to the TV or radio.  The joke is on them, not me.

Ty for that info, they've called me from both area codes also and a local 480 area code also, the rep I spoke w/ was all nice and polite until I informed him I had decided to further my education elsewhere. After I had told them this I had gotten 3 more calls that same day and the person hung up after I had answered.
