I added the spammer's number to my reject list. Even my ancient dumb phone has that feature.

This caller rang my cell phone at 11:53 am on 2/1/2014.  The phone rang two times and the caller hung up before I could answer the phone.  I called the number back from my land line and I got a prerecorded message that the number was: "disconnected or not in service."

I received two calls at 10:23 am on 2-1-14, both showed 0:00:00, I didn't answer either time, no voice mail was left, and I deleted both calls from my phone..    

The weathers been unusually frigid and school breaks are coming up. There's no better time to entice northerners to sunny Orlando with a cheap vacation.
I got this call on my cell phone too. I don't answer callers I don't know. I don't know anyone in Kissimmee, FL. I do know I've gotten five calls this week on my landline from Kissimmee or close vicinity numbers.

All the numbers were disconnected when I used I *67 to call them back. Always use *67 to hide your number from their Caller ID.
We need a law preventing this disconnected or out of service coverup.
I bet the service providers are making big money from the millions of calls made by scammers and that's why they do so little to stop it.

Called my cell phone left no message. tried to call it back and got the message that says this number is no longer in service.

Kissimmee scammer called my cell a few days ago. I don't know anyone from Florida. My cell number is listed on both my state and federal Do Not Call Registries.  With temps below zero, a Florida vacation seems nice.
I blocked this caller.

I got a call from there that I missed-no mssg left. I clld back b/c we were just on vacation in that area-thinking it was the hotel possibly. Ithe mssg said " this number has been disconnected". well-it had just clld me???

Called my cell phone and after 2 rings hung up. I did not answer. No voice mail. I immediately looked up the number and saw all the notes. Blocked it on my phone and left this message.

Received two call from this number at 9:57 am and 10:08 am - they left no message.

I called back and was no longer in service.

To me this is plain phone harassment.  Made complaint to police and they said nothing they could do.

They call and don't leave message, getting sick of them calling.

Recieved telephone call at 9:45 AM / February 3rd  on my cell phone. I did not answer it.  No message left.

This type of call is from a robot call center going down a list of cell phone numbers  . . . . therefore, listing your phone on a Do Not Call List will not keep you from getting this type of call. I got a cell call from this number this morning . . . only rang twice . . then no voice mail. I think this means that someone else answered and the computer moved on.
